Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel. Le personnel est super, ils sont souriant et accueillant. La chambre est propre et correct. La piscine est très belle.

Amazing hotel A1 staff
Pros:

Amazing hotel staff was very nice day time reception lady’s was amazing helping me with phone issues and giving me updates on my booking and food delivery’s very good experience from food to security

Cons:

The smell in the room or some sort of spray was not nice smells like musty maybe from air conditioning unit they needs to be hand wash in the sink

Pros:

Grande chambre, belle piscine, hôtel un peu cher pour ce que c’est (lire ci dessous), assez bien placé (10/15min à pied du métro), personnel agréable

Cons:

Nous avions deux chambres. Une super, l’autre, une très très forte odeur d’humidité/moisissures. Ça a déjà été remarqué dans les commentaires depuis des mois voir des années. Les réponses de l’hôtel sont qu’ils vont améliorer cela. Mais je vois que ça n’a jamais été amélioré … c’est dommage de négliger ce point qui est quand même très important …

Deuxième point : j’ai eu un cafard dans ma chambre … impossible de l’attraper, il est parti dans un trou de la chambre… c’était pas top… je l’ai vu qu’une fois.

不是很愉快，但是售后还行
Pros:

后续升级的房间还不错。投诉后回复的邮件也很中肯，但是当下处理速度太慢。直至第二天9点才给我们换房。

Cons:

前台的服务态度非常差，给我们入住的第一晚房间不符合我们的房型。家具破损，还有蟑螂。

Il n'y a pas de double vitrage donc on entend l'extérieur.
Les chambres de styles industriels ne sont pas à mon goût.

Bon séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cet hôtel qui est bien situé avec de nombreux commerces juste au pied de l'établissement, ce qui est pratique. L'hôtel est sympa, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. De plus, nous avons été touchés par la petite attention qu'ils nous ont fait pour notre lune de miel. Nous recommandons.

Fine, but a little pricey
Pros:

Staff were good, the room was well appointed and cleaned well.

Cons:

The drains in the bathroom sometimes smelled a little bit. The bathroom itself wasn't dirty, it was more of a plumbing issue.

Simplicidade na cidade
Pros:

Um hotel simples mas que superou as nossas expectativas. A piscina no rooftop com uma vista incrível sobre a cidade, o pequeno almoço variado e muito bom e o quarto com muita arrumação e espaço amplo. Todos os funcionários foram 5 estrelas durante a nossa estadia
