DO NOT TRUST THIS PROPERTY
Pros:

⚠️ DO NOT BOOK – SERIOUS HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUES

We checked in on 4 January for a 10-day stay. From the moment we arrived, the room was severely affected by damp and a strong, unpleasant smell, making it unsuitable for accommodation. We immediately documented this with photos and videos and reported it to Booking.com and Reservation Hub.

Despite clear evidence, a refund was refused. A handyman later attended and suggested painting the room while it was occupied, which I refused due to health concerns, as I am asthmatic.

On 13 January, while I was at work, the property entered the room without consent and painted it anyway. I have video and photo evidence of this. Afterward, the property denied the painting took place.

Following this unauthorised entry, personal items (including makeup and perfumes) were missing. Due to the strong paint fumes, the room became uninhabitable, leaving us without safe accommodation and forced to sleep in our car that night.

I spent over six hours on calls with Booking.com. A case has been opened, but no one attended the property to witness the condition.

This experience involved unsafe conditions, unauthorised access, poor maintenance, and unacceptable handling of guest concerns. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

il riscaldamento

Cons:

problemi con lo scarico della doccia e del wc in quanto non si poteva neanche buttare la carta direttamente nel water perché avrebbe provocato perdite. Inoltre dopo una doccia ci sono state delle perdite nel piano sottostante e il proprietario non si è assunto le proprie responsabilità cercando invece di fare ricadere la colpa su di me.
