The name ‘New park’ is very misleading.
Pros:

Property was clean. Staff were very friendly

Cons:

Room was not as described. Floor was extremely noisy the shower door was broken. Food service was very slow and quality was not great

Nothing, I can't believe this is rated 4 star!!! The place looks like something you see in horror movie. What room in a 4 star hotel doesn't have a bathroom? We stayed in room 8, beds uncomfortable, tiny bathroom, we're lucky to be slim and even at that we could barely enter the bathrooms

Cons:

It's just horrible, staff were rude and unhelpful, we were waiting a good while to check in and they seemed annoyed they had to come into reception, they seemed stressed and overworked as they were managing the bar as well as reception
