Exceptional care, warm and thoughtful staff with clean rooms.
Pros:

Had to book a hotel room for me, my parents, and grandparents last minute in Tagaytay. We booked with minimal to low expectations since it was so last minute but we were happily surprised!!!!! This hotel extremely exceeded my/our expectations. The staff were all so welcoming, detailed, thoughtful, and caring. They made sure to make us feel so at home and cared for while we were at this hotel.
Our rooms were really nice, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms/showers.
One of the rooms had a veranda with an exceptional view of the countryside.
They had us choose what meals we wanted for the following morning for breakfast-- the front desk recommended their beef tapa. It was soooo delicious, my whole family was more than pleased with each of our meals. We all finished everything and were fully satisfied. Also love to point out that our room had a really huge TV which was amazing.

Cons:

Honestly everything was exceptional. I was sad that we weren't staying longer. If I had to go back to Tagaytay I would definitely book El Bien again. If you are in this area please give this place a chance and check it out!

Best Hotel in Tagatay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at El Bien Hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips about where to go. We felt right at home even though it was a hotel. The hotel is small but cute, beautifully decorated. . The rooms were very comfortable and super clean, great wifi, comfy beds, Netflix, a fridge and everythingyou need for a comfy stay. We even had a balcony so we could enjoy the beautiful view and listen to the incredible wildlife around. It was so peaceful. You are only a short drive into the main part of Tagatay and there are always Bachios/TukTuks available nearby that the staff will call for you. Breakfast was included and they had a great selection and it was delicious. We also had dinner one evening and it was incredible. There was also complimentary coffee always available which was a local coffee and the best coffee I've had so far in the Philippines. Highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely stay again!

Facilites were alright but the staff are 10/10
Pros:

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Location is close to Picnic Grove and People’s Park. The hotel was very clean as well.

Cons:

Shower water was lukewarm. There was a problem with the plumbing but the staff fixed it immediately. No coffee facilities in the room.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. Delicious, quality food. Helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

Road noise. Rooms facing the road may not be ideal for light sleepers. A little soundproofing might help make the room be more comfortable for sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back. We hope the management can improve the water pressure system.
Pros:

The staff demonstrated excellent customer service—very accommodating and attentive. The food was good, and the place itself is beautiful. We truly enjoyed the room; it felt very homey and was well-designed with lovely interiors.

Cons:

The only concern was the water system, which is quite important. While the staff was very capable and responsive in fixing the water heater, the water pressure was very low. Although the room had two bathrooms, we were only able to use the one in the living room due to the heater issue and low water pressure.
