A pretty good place for a short stay in Versova
Pros:

Very neat rooms and pretty big in size. The rooms were clean and really well maintained. The staff is courteous and makes all attempts to meet your needs.

Cons:

The breakfast is limited, but it’s nice. No parking on site, you need to park on the road just outside the gate.

Inacceptable car ce n'est pas un hôtel
Pros:

Nous sommes restés uniquement pour dormir.
Sinon ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un centre de piscine et de sport.
Je ne comprends pas les 4etoiles et 50 euros la nuit

Cons:

Le personnel se fout de vous.aucune politesse.
Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un centre de sport.
La chambre à 50 euros la nuit est sale .des blattes et une musique très fortes.
Nous ne pouvions pas profiter de la pseudo piscine car des ordres de gamins accompagnés des parents viennent pour des cours de piscine.
Nous n'avons même pas pris le petit déjeuner pourtant compris dans le prix.
Le personnel est absolument irrespectueux ne dit jamais bonjour.
Et la salle de sport diffuse une musique très forte.
Une honte pour un soit disant hotel 4 étoiles.
Il faut absolument que vous vérifiez vos hôtels.

Worst and not value for money . I want my half money back if possible.
Pros:

It is worst every room has leakage and a/c malfunctioning. I have changed 4 rooms and all were not working properly. We demanded compensation but they didn’t give any.

Cons:

No proper maintenance and every bathroom has problem and a/c.

Die Bilder stimmen nicht überein.
Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben nach Öl gestunken.
Ich habe die Reinigungskraft erwischt wie sie beim Zimmer sauber machen die Handtücher auf dem dreckigen Fliesenboden gelegt haben und dann im Zimmer gebracht haben.
Der Pool hat gestunken.
Die Mitarbeiter im Nachtdienst waren sehr laut, auch nach erster Beschwerde. Das Hotel war frustrierend.

Great staffs, clean property, good location & delicious food!
Pros:

Property was clean and reflected the description. Staff goes an extra effort to make the guest comfortable. Munawar & Qadir were amazing during my staff. Very helpful.

Great stay, but swimmingpool was a disspointment

Very clean. Great service. Good matress. Stylish rooms.

Cons:

The Pool wasnt for chill or hang out. It is a sports Pool for Lokal residants to swimm and train. Thats should be made clear in the add.
As a Western person u are not welcome/feel comfy to swim in a bikini, as everyone wears a full body suit.
Its basically the Sport Club of this neighbourhood.

Very peaceful environment, close to Versova metro, i deffinately would stay again
Pros:

Spacious rooms with a good shower, the gym had good equipment. Food and drinks available at a reasonable price

Cons:

I couldn’t work the tv but thats just me, I’m sure they would of helped me out if i had asked. Oh and the hairdryer also but i managed without.
