حقيقة اقامة ممتعة وتعامل الموظفين راقي لكن السيئ بالموضوع ارتفاع الاسعار بصورة مبالغ فيها.

قربه من جامعة الملك سعود وبعض الخدمات

Cons:

جددت اقامتي نصف يوم لكي يتناسب مع موعد رحلتي الجوية.
وتم استحصال مبلغ مرتفع 390 ريال يجب مراعاة النزيل لا سيما كون هذا النزيل يرتاد الشقق بصورة مستمرة لظروف الامتحانات بالجامعه.
