Si reservas pide que nunca te den las habitaciones “nuevas”

La ubicación es excelente y la atención de las chicas de recepción es muy buena

Nos dieron una habitación supuestamente “nueva” estaba en el sótano y estaba súper mal distribuida, era un espacio con doble altura donde todo estaba incómodo y por las noches si tenías que ir al baño tenías que bajar por unas mini escaleras donde no cabía ni un pie completo, tenías que bajar de lado, las dos noches que estuvimos ahí dormimos pésimo y apretados nada que ver con las imágenes de lado habitación que supuestamente reservé en línea

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis om Brussel te verkennen. Ligt wel in een afgesloten voetgangersgebied. Is daardoor iets lastig

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, in der Nähe der Grand Place, ist hervorragend. Parking in 2-300 m entfernten Parkhaus, Empfang im Hotel sehr freundlich, die Aufzüge klein, das Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Frühstücksauswahl und die -Qualität war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider bekamen wir trotz Zimmerthermostat nicht die gewünschte Zimmertemperatur, die Schallisolierung der Fenster zur Straße hin ist auch mangelhaft, so dass man doch recht viel vom Stadtleben mitbekommt.
