Irresponsible from the Owner, Guest faced the difficulties of unlock the padlock, i called the owner no answered, Unhelpful, i am paying full amount, but irresponsible to the Confirmed of Paid Customer, feels Helpness, Seem likes i Should to Provide my services back to the Urban Suites JSW owner, insted of the owner Should Provided the Necessary Help to the Paid Customer, again i whatsapp the owner in Mandarin, and JSW request me to speak English, don't expect anyone can speak english, While customer need your helps to unlock the padlock to take the Room Unit key.

The Urban Suite so call facilities are some how misleading or unfriendly to the customers, sauna service needs to prebooking n not open normally even on weekends, so weird, peoples go for vacation during weekend but they closed it up for own management reasons, n not for the favourable of Guests...the Urban Suites facilities are very limited.. Gym closed at early too.. Too many house rules, but no considerable to the outstation guests hospitality..

Unit of the suites are complex, comfused, inconvenience to the Guests.. Like in the standard jail.. too rigidity.. too many rules from the JSW Urban SUITE too...

Not even provided an inside room slipper to the guests too, Eco shop cost rm2. 60 perpair...

We go vacation for easy n relaxation instead of the owners to request me to do things for them.. Feels so heavy.. Dissatisfied dissapointed... Next time Must Check Properly, to booked for Hotel or homestay.

The JSW Urban suite is not allowed me to check out at 12pm,Even i request it nicely, politely..sincerely . Still refused.. the guest request..

Our regular stay at the apartment whenever we are in Penang. Comfortable and clean. Strategic location in Georgetown. Beautiful view of the Penang Bridge.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Host was incredibly helpful, clear instructions for a very easy self check in/ self check out..great room with an amazing view, comfortable bed, fridge, showers gel/shampoo, toothbrushes provided (all really helpful additions) all very clean facilities (lovely pool and gym). Location was perfect for us (transport is recommended). Vending machines around the facility were also great (coffee, fresh orange juice etc)..would definitely stay again. Thank you!
