Breakfast was very good. Location good but you need a car
My only small complaint was there were parties of school children who were quite noisy at times.

The location
The food was terrible, Some of the staff were trying but with no experience. They were only few that they were very good they were doing everything.

Το προσωπικό όλοι ξένοι Εκτός από μερικούς. Αν δεν μιλάς αγγλικά δεν θα συνεννοηθεις.
Liked the Service, location and food of the hotel, so I came and stayed one more day in the hotel. The Restaurant Service Excellent. Very good place for large groups.

A Large well made hotel at a lovely location. Very polite staff and wonderful service all in all. Ample parking for the Cars. Very nice hotel to conduct group events.
Well laid out Breakfast to cover every type of Guests. The Dinner served at the Restaurant is value for money!
There can be a Closet/Cupboard or a Hanger in the rooms to keep clothes. Better to have some proper designated twin rooms.
I'll start with limited positives..The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
The music night was an extra I guess, as I did not know there were any functions on, but it was nice and enjoyable.
I paid €120 for a standard room, which I thought was on the high side, but I was hopeful I'd get a better room for that price. I was wrong! The air condition and fridge were not working. The shower head was faulty and sprayed water everywhere and the protective glass panel was not fitted properly, which could not stop the water wetting the whole bathroom floor. It actually leaked out into the bedroom. The room was on the ground floor next to a driveway/pathway. The balcony was 6 feet from the mountain side, with trees and shrubs very close. In this weather you cannot open doors or windows in that setting as there are snakes, lizards and rats that could easily find their way in. And people walked by regularly. I later found out that the hotel suites are at €130 and standard rooms are at €90. I complained to the manager and he gave us a 50% discount, but I need to stress the point that I was not looking for a discount. It's not about the money. If I was given a better room without all the above issues, my review would have been without complaints, even knowing that the price I paid was inflated.
