Pros:

Its nice and descent place and everyone is very welcoming and caring. I visited this place before and found it more enjoyable.

Clean and nearby the haram Mosque.
Pros:

The level of cleanness. Also, the reception staff are very cooperative, professional and friendly. The golf cart named Mazen is very nice person and hard working.

Cons:

The parking issue. However, this was managed easily.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the comfort and quality of the hotel to the excellent service. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism ( Abderrahmane, Talal and all the other members I forgot their names). The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back again!

Wonderful stay and very friendly and helpful staff

Hygiene is good
The lady at reception Ms.Noaf she helped us alott with overall booking and stay and also the bell boy sorry i forgot his name but very very helpful and friendly staff
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Good apart from the iron
Pros:

Clean tidy have a car that drops and picks up as it was a hill good service

Cons:

Staff good but the iron damaged my clothes and burnt it did complain but they didnt bother

Pros:

Walking distance from Haram. It’s over a small hill, but they’ve a golf cart. The whole staff was very cooperative and helpful. Thank you Abdulrahman
