Exceptional comfort, location, service and value for money
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would happily book this hotel again.

The self check-in system works very well. When we arrived early, we simply rang the security room and were able to leave our luggage safely until check-in.

We stayed in the Deluxe Room (303), which was absolutely fantastic. The ceilings are over three metres high, making the room feel spacious and elegant. The interior design is tasteful, harmonious and of a much higher standard than we expected for this price range (bed - one of the best hotel beds ever).

For our first evening, we had dinner at the A. Dvořák Restaurant in the same building, which was an excellent choice. In addition, there are 20+ restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so there is plenty of variety.

Breakfast was just right: fresh, good quality and with everything we needed to start the day.

The location is outstanding for exploring Prague. We travelled with four children aged 3–6, and even they managed to walk all the way from the hotel past Charles Bridge without any problems. Mucha Museum is on the same street.

A special thank you to the staff for their excellent customer service. Frankfurt Airport unfortunately lost one of our suitcases, so I contacted the reception via WhatsApp. I received an immediate, detailed reply explaining exactly what to do. As soon as I requested assistance, a member of staff joined the conversation and took care of everything. The communication was fast, professional and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation.

Not so much what we thought it would be.
Pros:

The room was clean nice wallpaper design and lighting.

Cons:

No reception or anyone who could help you when you don’t fill your ID or passport in advance, we arrived later in the evening, read on the screen that we have to fill all the forms online and that it takes up to 24h to receive the room code. After about 15min of waiting for the email I had to call their line to ask someone to approve it as we paid for the room in advance. When we got the room it’s nice and clean, but the door was a little loose, if someone tried to push harder it would probably open it and there’s no lock for you to close the doors from the inside.

Breakfast basic and very little option not worth the money at all
Rooms still left dirty after room service not once was our room hoovered over 7 night stay the dust was rolling around the room.
Didn’t change our towels the entire 7 days.
Staff in restaurant rude and so unapproachable. Got order wrong twice because they didn’t bother to even write it down! The entrance door is ridiculously heavy. Will never be back!

Pros:

Location: close to center and to train station. Breakast was good, room was nice and spacey, quiet. 2 elevators. Good bed. 2 bottles of water that was waiting for us. Very clean room, enough everything.

Cons:

I used for the first time an option without reception. My personal feeling it is not convenient: it took lots of time to register, to scan docs, to fill everythingfor 2 people.... Then, say, I needed an extra sheet/blanket because we sleep each with our own one, but there is no staff to go down and ask. There were a few steps at the entrance, and we had a heavy suitcase, but there is no staff of help.... So I cannot value staff, actually )) However, it's my own feeling and it was important experience. Next time I'll pay attention if there is a reception desk. Otherwise the hotel itself is good.

Pros:

I really liked that there is self checking and checkout so you don’t need to wait. The room was really big and clean and there was a really comfortable bed.

Cons:

The only problem was with my payment but the hotel did provide solution by paying at their other location

Good place for a short stay, don’t waste money on the breakfast
Pros:

Nice atttic room with darkening shades, great location

Cons:

The ac didn’t work properly so we had to open the windows which made the room too light and noisy.
Breakfast was just ok, we came 5 min after they opened and the eggs were lukewarm.

עלות מחיר תועלת מעל המצופה, בהחלט אחזור למלון הזה בשהיה הבאה שלי.
Pros:

המיטה מאוד רחבה, אם יש לכם בני נוער גדולים הם יכולים לחלוק ולשים באמצע הפרדה של כריות. ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית ומספקת, הצוות של ארוחת הבוקר היו נחמדות מאוד.

Cons:

לקחנו שני חדרים, באחד מהם לא היה ארון, חדר אחד לא היה בקבוק מים ועל עדן החלון נשארו דברים מהאורחים הקודמים, המלון מציין שיש לו נטפליקס, השרות הזה לא עבד כלל במשך השהייה שלנו, הקישורים לקוד הכניסה לא עבדו כשהגענו וללא עובדת נחמדה מהמסעדה היינו נשארים מחוץ למלון, במיוחד כיוון שהגענו בלילה, מומלץ לעשות צילום מסך של הקוד לפני ההגעה.

good location in Prague
Pros:

large tv in room. the location is excellent for the centre of the city and also not far from the main train station

Cons:

the booking in procedure was too long winded and unnecessary. too many details were asked. not impressed. there was also only one chair in the room for two guests so could have been better. also when there was heavy rain during the night it hit the metal room across from us and was quite noisy. otherwise the room was fine.
