החדר היה גדול ומצויד היטב. יש מקרר. יש מכונת קפה. המיקום מצוין

Cons:

אין בחדר קבלה. כשהגענו אחרי חצות, אשת הביטחון במקום דיברה אלינו בתוקפנות על כך שהערנו אותה באמצע הלילה.
ארוחת הבוקר מצומצמת מאוד כשהאוכל נגמר, לא ממולא מחדש. בבוקר האחרון התייאשנו ולא נכנסנו לחדר האוכל

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée

Nous avons été surpris par le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de réception sur place. Une fois qu’on a compris comment cela fonctionne ça va mais sinon c’est un peu compliqué

Pokoj:
Na stěně se odlupuje tapeta.
Instalováno ovládání střešních oken, které nefunguje. Okna jsou vysoko a je problém s jejich otvíráním. Přitom je to jediná možnost přirozeného větrání (v pokoji jiná okna nejsou).
V koupelně při zmáčknutí dávkovače s mýdlem vám mýdlo vystříkne až na košili.
Celkově tyto jednotlivé detaily působí dojmem, že hotel nemá odpovídající péči.

Checkout:
Je víceméně pražským standardem, že 4* hotely mají checkout v 11 hodin. Tento hotel ho má nečekaně už v 10 hod. Hotel je bez recepce, vše se vyřizuje online, doporučena komunikace přes Whatsapp. Při pokusu domluvit checkout na 11:00 si píšete s AIčkem. Ten nakonec Váš dotaz pošle recepci, která odpoví, že pozdější checkout není možný kvůli zaplnění hotelu a nadále se zase bavíte jen s AIčkem. Ale pozor - toto platí pouze pro klienty Booking. Pro klienty kteří bookují přímo na webu hotelu je checkout ve 12 hod, proto argument s obsazeností hotelu je nesmyslný a jedná se pouze o znevýhodnění klientů z platformy Booking.

Snídaně:
Hezky upravená a doplňovaná, ale nízká kvalita produktů. Na co mít dva druhy párků, když je jeden nekvalitnější než druhý.

Je mnoho jiných pražských hotelů v dobré lokaci s lepší kvalitou při srovnatelné ceně. Tento nedoporučuji.

La ubicación. La habitación es confortable. Había cafetera, plancha y tabla para planchar.

Cons:

La limpieza. Cuando llegamos en el suelo dela habitación había un calcetín y la pared del baño a la altura del bidé estaba salpicada. Se comunicó pero no se limpió en las 3 noches que estuvimos.
