Les sanitaires gros probleme de chasse dans la 1ere egalement dans la 2e et l’etancheite de la douche est completement a revoir

Bel accueil du personnel mais nous sommes déçues par les prestations.
Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel est magnifique !!!!
Le petit déjeuner est bon. Cependant les dîners sont médiocres.

Cons:

La qualité des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer. Pas de savon pour les mains. La lunette des toilettes est mal fixée.

Pros:

Ils se sont permis d'annuler ma réservation à 18h sans le prévenir et ils ont donné ma chambre à un autre client sans m'envoyer une notification.
À mon arrivée. À 19h30. J'ai été surpris de le constater et vu que la nuit était presque tombée, j'ai accepté de passer la nuit dans une chambre twin.
Aussi ils ont encaissé une sur tarification par rapport au prix avec lequel j'ai réservé d'environ 20% sans motif.

Cons:

Le manque de communication.
La lenteur du personnel et leur laisser aller.
La simplicité des buffets et l'absence fréquenté des serveurs au restaurant nous obligeant à chercher après eux pour obtenir des couverts ou des boissons.
