Mi è piaciuta moltissimo la location soprattutto le sale della colazione. Camera pulitissima (e arredata molto bene). Ho dormito bene. Ho mangiato bene. Sono stata bene.

Inmejorable ubicación para disfrutar de una ciudad única.
Pros:

No se me ocurre una ubicación mejor para una estancia en Mantova. El hotel es un palacio restaurado con mimo. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. Está impoluta y tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de esta categoría. Tanto el baño como la habitación están decorados con mucho gusto.
A la estación de trenes se llega caminando en unos 15’.
Personal muy amable.
Buena relación calidad-precio.

Pulizia accurata, staff gentile accogliente, posizione centralissima eppure zona tranquilla (pedonale).

Cons:

La camera era piccola e senza finestre, in un sottotetto. Ma avevo chiesto una camera molto silenziosa ed è stata un'ottima scelta per un ottimo sonno, perché mi è stata assegnata una camera un po' isolata, ma assolutamente soddisfacente.

La posizione dell' Hotel è davvero eccezionale. Letto comodo, stanza silenziosa e spaziosa. Pulizia accurata. Privacy.
Il bagno mi è piaciuto molto, ottime dimensioni e arredato bene con gusto e sobria eleganza.

Cons:

Il personale all'accoglienza piuttosto freddo, fatica quasi a salutare. Un sorriso di benvenuto e qualche breve frase di cortesia non guasterebbe.

Sehr schön aber zu heiss.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Lift war willkommen. Die Lage ist ideal.

Cons:

Man gibt sich umweltfreundlich und trotzdem werden täglich die kaum gebrauchten Frotteetücher erneuert. Die Zeit zum Auschecken ist zu früh.
