期待外れの点がややありでした。
Pros:

フロントに子供用のお菓子が準備されていて、子どもが非常に喜んでいました。
徒歩圏内に居酒屋が複数あり、歩いて行けるので良かったです。

Cons:

ユニットバスのカビ臭がキツかった。実際に床や壁のすみに黒かびも目立っていたのは残念です。３部屋取りましたが、他の2部屋は改装したのか非常に綺麗だったので、当たる部屋にもよりますが。
扉の建具も壊れかけており、開け閉めする度にガタガタと音がしていて残念です。ウェルカムドリンクのアルコールがドリンクバーの機械で提供のため、ややチープな印象を受けました。朝食の海鮮の種類がもう少し豊富にあると良いと感じました。(マグロやぶりはタタキの他に刺身もあったら嬉しかったです。)
