Definitely a convenient base for exploring Hanoi.
Pros:

The location was a big plus for us. Most of the places we wanted to visit were nearby, so getting around was quick and easy. We spent much less time traveling between attractions and had more time to enjoy the city.

Good location
Pros:

Good location, easy to walk into town centre. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Staff were noisy every morning at 7am, we could hear the talking as if it were in our room. Also road was very noisy throughout the night. Sink isn’t plumbed, so dirty water after brushing teeth runs across the floor to get to drain in the corner
