Pros:

The staff goes beyond possible to make your stay comfortable. They arrange little surprise for my friends birthday, that we truly appreciated. They helped us to check the weather on Fansipan summit, organise trekking and motorbike tours..We felt so welcomed there. They made our stay cozy and relaxed there. Thank you !

Un sitio con encanto y cómodo
Pros:

Nos dejaron hacer el check in un poco antes y el check out un poco más tarde. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno ok. La habitación era bonita y con buenas vistas, luz natural.

Cons:

La ducha tenía poca presión y regular la temperatura era casi imposible, o salía muy fría o muy caliente. El armario efectivamente como leí en un comentario, olía a pis y el olor venía de unas bolsitas que le habían puesto para que oliera bien... lo cual es raro. En cualquier caso, estuvimos una sola noche y ni siquiera dejamos la ropa ahí.

Pros:

Very nice hotel, good location, less than 10min from the city center. The girl at the front desk is very nice! Good breakfast (maybe not enough food but it tastes good).

Ubytování bylo kousek od centra. Personál hotelu byl po celou dobu pobytu milý. Vyhověl nám se změnou pokoje. Na pokoji byl k dispozicí fén.

Cons:

Ubytovaní není čisté. Za tuto cenu hledejte jinde. Po celý pobyt byla v pokoji cítit kanalizace. Vybavení už je staré, fotky neodpovídají stavu hotelu.
