Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderbar direkt an der Mosel gelegen, man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt oder auch schnell an den Wanderwegen zur Burg Cochem angebunden. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn und das Personal wirklich super nett und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind direkt vor Ort am Haupteingang des Hotels vorhanden, das Frühstück ist für das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und weitere Reisen sind bereits gebucht!

Great hotel with amazing views! We visited with our toddler who had her own bed in our spacious room.

Cons:

The old floors are very authentic but can also make some noise when you walk. Nothing that bothered us.

Het waren n paar heerlijke dagen
Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet voor hele redelijke prijs (€14,50)
Ruime kamer en badkamer, schoon en netjes. Houten vloeren, die behoorlijk kraken.
Zicht op de burcht en aan de Moezel. Centrum Cochem, mooie wandeling langs de Moezel 15/20 min

Parkeerplaatsen ( a €5 per dag), aan de krappe kant

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit tollem Service und ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

tolle Frühstück: alles war frisch und lecker, und das sehr aufmerksame Personal hat fehlende Speisen sofort nachgefüllt. Besonders außergewöhnlich fanden wir, dass Kaffee und verschiedene Weine jederzeit auf Vertrauensbasis zur Verfügung standen. Man konnte sich einfach bedienen und die Getränke am Ende des Aufenthalts abrechnen lassen. So etwas haben wir bisher in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt.
Auch das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Besonders positiv war der Umgang mit meiner vergessenen Lederjacke: sie wurde gefunden und anschließend unkompliziert per Post zu mir geschickt. Dafür nochmals herzlichen Danke!
Ein absolutes Highlight war jedoch der Blick aus unserem Zimmer auf das Schloss

Cons:

Einziger Nachteil für mich persönlich war die Lage direkt an der Straße. Da ich normalerweise mit offenem Fenster schlafe, waren die morgendlichen Verkehrsgeräusche für mich etwas störend.

The room was nicely decorated, and clean.

Location good, and plenty of parking.

Cons:

Bedroom was beside a road which was busy and noisy from 5am. We slept very badly.
