Pros:

部屋から見る外の景色もスタッフさん、漫画施設、洗濯機、トレーニングルーム、屋上にプールなど全て最高でした！わがままですがもう少し安く泊まれると嬉しいです！

静かに心地よく過ごせるホテル
Pros:

お部屋のお掃除状況に少し気になったので連絡すると、すぐに別のお部屋を用意してくださいました。とても気持ちよく丁寧に対応してくださり、逆にそのご対応がとてもプラスポイントになりました。広い部屋のバルコニーからは美しい海が広がり、徒歩数分の所にビーチがあって、何度も気軽に行きました。バスタオルの貸し出しもとても助かります。
夜の屋上プールサイドから眺める星空も贅沢でした。
プール階の廊下を職員の方が丁寧に掃除されていて、感動しました。
また機会がありましたら利用したいです。

Cons:

最初に入ったお部屋の汚れが少し気になりました。ですが、すぐ気持ちよくご対応くださったので感謝しております。

これは希望ですが、プールがあるので、水着の脱水機があったらありがたいなと思いました。

Cons:

La poca flexibilidad que había en el alojamiento por parte de los trabajadores, por ejemplo llegamos un poco antes de las 15h y no nos permitieron utilizar la piscina para que al menos a los niños no se les hiciera tan pesada la espera de la entrega de llaves. Otro día no pudimos cenar en el restaurante a pesar de haber mesas libres. También les indiqué que el vater no estaba limpio y no llegaron a limpiarlo. Para el precio que pagas no se corresponde a la calidad del servicio que ofrecen.
