Housekeeping is basically non-existent in the hotel. We came back to our room after our first day out to find it unlocked (we'd locked it when we left). OK, housekeeping has been here - yay! But the only evidence of their visit (aside from the unlocked door) was that they'd removed the bathroom trash. No change of dirty coffee/water cups for clean, no refresh of the toilet paper, no change of the towels, no straightening the beds, no removal of room trash (empty water bottles, etc). On our return to the room after days 2 and 3 there was no evidence at all of any housekeeping visit - and by now we're running out of TP, and getting tired of using the same cups/glasses for 3 days straight, so I had to go ask the guy at the front desk. I finally swipe a roll of TP from an adjacent unlocked room while waiting for him to show. He finally did bring us some clean cups/glasses and another roll of TP, then left.
Soon after arrival I'd noticed that half of the light bulbs in the bathroom were burned out - it was quite dim in there. Asked Mr. Front Desk to please replace the bulb while we were out. Sure, he'll take care of it he says. It never got fixed our entire visit.
No deadbolt on the room door, the sliding door to the patio wouldn't lock at all, no 'Do not disturb' or 'Clean my room' door knob hangers. No coffee or tea in the room - just an electric kettle. TV has about 20 local channels (all in Greek) so no international English (or any other language for that matter) channels.
Each day when we'd return mid-afternoon from an outing and want a shower, we found no hot water - the hot water in the shower was only slightly warmer than room temperature. There was an annoying exhaust fan in the bathroom wall - the kind that comes on when you turn on the room light - that made way too much noise and needs to be replaced.
I'd sent a message via booking.

I had selected a double room with Mountain View. Upon arrival we were told it will be a twin room but with a better view which was not true as the view was obstructed by another building.
The shower was extremely small and the floor was not clean.
There was no power socket near the bed, only a multi socket hanging from the wall which looked unsafe.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück war schlecht, Zimmer war schmutzig. Die Lampen waren kaputt, es gab also kaum Licht.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό μεν αλλά το κρεβάτι θα τι προτιμούσα διπλό από τα δύο μονά που υπήρχαν .

Οι φωτογραφιες τα λενε ολα.
1.μπανιο που σιχαθηκαμε να μπουμε,τριχες κ σκονη παντου.
2.με 5 βαθμους εξωτερικη θερμοκρασια κ μονη συσκευη θερμανσης το κλιματιστικο οπου το αναψαμε κ μας επιασε βηχας διοτι δεν ειχε καθαριστει ποτε,οποτε αναγκαστικα το σβησαμε.
3.παντου σκονη κ κατω απο τα κρεβατια το ''ελα να δεις''.
4.υγρασια στο φουλ χωρις την παραμικρη προσπαθεια επιμελειας.
Μιλαμε για τις ελαχιστες κ αυτονοητες υποχρεωσεις ενος καταλυματος.
Φυσικα δεν αναφερω την τιμη διοτι δεν υπαρχει τιμη που να ανταποκρινεται σε τετοιου ειδους καταλυμα κ προφανως μια εικονα επαγγελματια του ειδους που οχι δεν σεβεται τους πελατες του αλλα ουτε την ιδια του την εικονα ως τετοιον.
Φυγαμε την επομενη με αναπνευστικα,κρυωμενοι κ αηδιασμενοι.

Ειχε μια εικονα σαν λιγο παρατημένο. Το πρωινο τυποποιημένο

Η πολύπλοκη και ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση είναι κάτι που μου έδωσε αρνητική ενέργεια και με μπέρδεψε στην αρχή αλλά στη διάρκεια της διαμονής τη συνήθισα...
Εξάλλου είναι θέμα γούστου.

Alquilamos una habitación con 2 camas, vistas, hervidor y cafetera. Nos metieron en una habitación con una cama y sin vistas tenían una estufa de resistencia que parecía muy peligrosa. Solicité la habitación alquilada con 2 camas y vistas, pero nos cambiaron a otra de 2 camas pero sin hervidor ni cafetera y sin vistas. El ascensor para acceder no tiene puerta trasera lo que es un auténtico peligro y el alojamiento: suelo, muebles dejan mucho que desear, con cambios de altura y bañera tamaño ducha que yo sinceramente lo veía muy peligroso, no creo que cumpla ninguna normativa, también mucho ruido de extractor de aire del baño y maquina de aire caliente por que los radiadores no funcionaban al igual que las luces del dormitorio solo funcionaban 2 y la del bajo era una luz de emergencia que apenas daba luz, la cortina de baño estaba muy asquerosa, y tampoco tenía para sujetar la ducha.
Reclamamos a booking pero dijeron que el hotel no hacía nada por lo que me dieron un bono de 10 € para proximas estancias con booking, por lo que no me dieron solución en la incidencia que es lo suyo y esperan que vuelva a usar su plataforma con un bono... Increíble!
