Дуже чисті і гарні номери. Класний вид з вікна. Спокійно і тихо. Є гарна система вентиляції і кондиціонування. Доброзичливий і привітний персонал. Бармен - взагалі крашулік.

Cons:

Не є суттєвим недоліком, але якби в номерах були ще і халати - було би просто ідеально)

Мені сподобалось розташування, привітний персонал, зручні номери, цього разу не було запаху каналізації, але номер не був ідеально чистий.

Cons:

Сніданки. Я брала раніше номери зі сніданками включно, але зрозуміла, що альтернативи в кафе навколо смачніше. Цей раз я окремо доплатила за сніданок, бо не встигала в інше місце, вони не смачні, гірші від сніданків готелів такої ж категорії, абсолютно не варті 900 грн.

Pros:

Good location, cozy room and nice breakfast. Would be grateful if breakfast could include more different kinds of fruits, such as apples.

Cons:

I have been staying in this hotel whenever I come to Kyiv during the last few months. The price and staff are becoming unpleasant as time goes by.
