Alles: Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das gemütliche Zimmer, Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmer, Gratis-Parkplatz, niedriger Preis für den Hund, reichhaltiges,sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Es gab viel frisches Obst (Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Kirschen etc.). Sehr gute Kaffeemaschine (ist nicht selbstverständlich). Außerdem konnte man sich nachmittags jederzeit Kaffee machen oder Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank kaufen, was bei den 30 Grad, die herrschten, eine wunderbare Sache war. Die Lage ist optimal, in wenigen MInuten war ich mit meinem Hund an der Ammer und im Zentrum. Ichh würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße .Für Kurzaufenthalt kann ich das Gästehaus Huber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Well equipped room (number 6) with an amazing view. The staff were very kind, always making sure that everything was okay. The breakfast was very good - fruits, cheeses, different kinds of meat, yoghurt and cereal.
Our expectations were exceeded. Great place to stay!

Cons:

The room photos definitely do not present well the establishment. The hotel is well nicer in person.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut und war für uns am Ende auch der größte Pluspunkt. Leider konnten wir den Rest des Eindrucks nicht teilen.

Unser Zimmer war viel zu klein und insgesamt einfach sehr beengt. Gerade bei mehreren Übernachtungen hatte man kaum das Gefühl, sich wirklich wohlfühlen oder ausbreiten zu können. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls extrem klein – dort konnte man sich kaum vernünftig bewegen.

Auf der Website wird mit einem renovierten bzw. modernisierten Haus und einem 3-Sterne-Standard geworben. Das konnten wir in unserem Fall leider überhaupt nicht bestätigen. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Die Tapete war teilweise verschmutzt, der Teppich machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck und insgesamt wirkte vieles einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Dazu kam ein modriger Geruch, der für uns im gesamten Haus wahrnehmbar war.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings jeden Morgen praktisch identisch und auf Dauer wenig abwechslungsreich.
Für den Preis hatten wir insgesamt deutlich andere Erwartungen.

Die gute Lage allein konnte den Gesamteindruck für uns leider nicht ausgleichen und wir würden uns bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt eher für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.
