Pros:

Our stay at Atours is very memorable with friendly and helpful staff taking care of our logistics, laundry and meals. Meals are excellent and cooked to our preferences. Reception staff are patient and attentive to our needs. Laundry room is comprehensive and laundry brought back to us when we have left the hotel for the day.

Cons:

Nothing to improve. Everything was perfect! Please continue your good work.

Pros:

New and very clean hotel in central location. The metro station is in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The staff didn't speak English, so they couldn't find my reservation. After I showed them the photos of the hotel, they surched again and found it. After that everything was fine 🙂
