I like the small gym you have near our rooms, and the shower is big

The breakfast was really good, and I loved it.
The location was very strategic and convenient, with easy access to many places.
It would be even better if the hotel could separate the non-smoking rooms from the smoking floors.
I experienced this when I went to the laundry room. The cigarette smoke was really strong and unpleasant, especially in the hallway. It would be much more comfortable if the non-smoking rooms were located on a separate floor from the smoking rooms.

Localization of the hotel.
Very disappointing experience and unacceptable room conditions
We booked accommodation for four adults, but upon arrival the hotel was unable to provide the rooms/bed arrangement that had been confirmed in our reservation.
The staff had serious communication difficulties, and we spent a very long time negotiating and waiting for a solution. In the end, instead of proper accommodation for four adults, we were given a double room with a tiny extra bed placed almost directly on the floor for one person. These were completely unacceptable conditions, especially considering the price we paid.
What made the situation even worse was the way the complaint was handled afterwards. The hotel did not properly resolve our complaint, and Booking.com eventually provided only a very small compensation compared with the total cost of the reservation and the inconvenience we experienced.
We arrived expecting normal accommodation matching our confirmed booking. Instead, we lost a significant amount of time dealing with the issue and ended up sleeping in conditions far below what we had paid for.
I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
走廊烟味很重，肯定是有人在房间或者走廊抽烟，空调吹出来的风都感觉有烟味，酒店管控不够，应该加大吸烟惩罚

Great 3 night stay at the hotel - a short didi ride from main attractions, close to a park with amazing views over Shenzhen, comfy beds and very helpful and friendly staff.
