Pros:

This is a wonderful place. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were always willing to help, with a genuine smile on their faces. The restaurant staff were fantastic too: attentive, friendly, and made every meal feel special. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy good food, and be treated well, this is it.

Beautiful location right on the beachfront. The hospitality here is amazing and the team made us feel so welcome. This resort is perfect for anyone who wants to recharge, eat well, and soak up good vibes by the sea.

Wir haben das Kalia Hotel aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht. Die Zimmer sahen auf den ersten Blick zwar schön aus, aber das Badezimmer war eine große Enttäuschung. Sowohl die Fliesen als auch das gesamte Bad wirkten sehr abgenutzt und ungepflegt. Der Duschkopf funktionierte kaum – man musste ewig duschen, bis das Shampoo endlich aus den Haaren gespült war.

Das Frühstück war leider eine Katastrophe. Niemand kümmerte sich um das Buffet. Leere Behälter wurden nicht nachgefüllt, selbst Zucker musste man erst ansprechen. Butter und andere Lebensmittel waren durch die Hitze komplett geschmolzen. Es gab nur warmes Trinkwasser, Eiswürfel waren nicht vorhanden. Auch Besteck fehlte regelmäßig und wurde erst nach Aufforderung nachgelegt.

Da die Speisen lange ungeschützt offen standen, saßen überall Fliegen darauf. Wurst, und andere Aufschnitte waren nach kurzer Zeit ausgetrocknet und kaum noch essbar. Wer etwas später zum Frühstück kam, fand viele Lebensmittel bereits in einem unappetitlichen Zustand vor.

Auch der Service war sehr enttäuschend. Weder im Restaurant noch am Strand begegnete uns freundliches Personal. ( Außer Rezeptionpersonal). Bestellungen dauerten sehr lange, und die Mitarbeiter wirkten lustlos und wenig motiviert. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste Wert gelegt wird.

Wir haben später erfahren, dass das Hotel einen neuen Besitzer hat. Die vielen guten Bewertungen stammen offenbar noch aus der Zeit des vorherigen Betreibers. Unter der neuen Leitung hat die Qualität leider stark nachgelassen.

Für uns war dies definitiv der erste und letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich empfehle jedem, vor der Buchung besonders auf die neuesten Bewertungen zu achten.

De personeel die waren niet vriendelijk.
De kamers moest je elke dag aangeven voor schoonmaak anders werden ze niet schoongemaakt
Ontbijt was inbegrepen maar was noet te eten.

De badkamer lekte ergens bij de toilet lag iedere keer een plas water onder de toilet. Goed voor 3 dagen maar niet langer.

Pros:

Kalia Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel for those who appreciate peace, friendliness, and bonding with nature. The location is absolutely fantastic - several steps to the beach, the beautiful promenade, and the old town of Side.
I also love the staff, solid breakfasts, and the room facilities. Thank you Kalia Hotel for being welcoming and client-oriented.

Pros:

Nagyon jó adotságokkal a tengerparttól nem messze! Érdekes, Balis környezet, szép belsö udvarral. A saját és ingyenes napeernyős/ - ágyas part sokat dob a szálláson!
Az óváros os dobot a hely varázsán, ill. q felfedezett, kis családi kifözde is!

Cons:

Első éjszakát nem abban a családi apartmanban töltöttük, mint amit foglaltunk!
A fürdő lehetne picit modernebb, pár tárolóhellyel!
A reggeli 4-5nap után nagyon egyhangú volt, a reggelinél a srácokat még a lajhárok os lekörözték!

Es war sehr sauber. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und schön. Sehr gemütlicher kleiner Privatstrand.

Cons:

Leider gab es keinerlei Schalldämmung. Ich konnte alle Gespräche der Nachbarn hinter der Wand oder in der Nähe meiner Tür hören, die Schritte der Gäste und das Geräusch der zuschlagenden Türen um mich herum. Um überhaupt schlafen zu können, musste ich mir Ohrstöpsel kaufen. Das Personal war ständig mit dem Frühstück im Verzug. Um 8:00 Uhr war noch nichts fertig. Das Frühstück wurde erst um 8:00 Uhr serviert.
