Personal amabil,receptiv la cererile turistilor,
mancare foarte buna,curatenie peste tot.
Am revenit la acest hotel datorita conditiilor excelente,am fost bucurosi ca standardul se mentine la acelasi nivel pe care il stiam!

Cons:

Nimic de obiectat,doar faptul ca hotelul este situat in 1 Mai,nu ne deranjeaza,dar ,cred ca ar ajuta mai mult turismul in zona,daca s-ar preciza exact locatia.

Personalul , curățenia, masajul.

Cons:

Facilitățile de care a dispus locația. Nu era suficientă curățenie în partea de piscină, saune. O sală de sport unde nu funcționau aparatele, erau rupte. Piscina interioară foarte mică. Locuri de parcare minime, a trebuit să parcăm în strada.
