Pros:

المكان جميل والمرافق جميله ونظيفه والإقامة بشكل عام حلوه.

Cons:

كرت الدخول لم يفتح معي في اليوم الثاني ونزلت الإستقبال وقال فعله ولما طلعت فوق لم يفتح ايضا ونزلت لهم وتم تبديل الكرت.

بصرحه تجربه رائعه
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff are truly exceptional. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The only downside is that it is a little far from the Haram.

I forgot something in the room and called them many times on the mobile no and sent them Whatsapp messages with no reply, and I failed to reach them by any means, Also the room smelled like Shisha

كل الشكر والتقدير للموظف السعودي الجهنى اللقب على حسن تعامله وبشاشته وصدره الرحب وسرعة خدمته

اول ما وصلت اعطانى الموظف مصري الجنسيه غرفه صغيره وغير الغرفه المحجوره من قبلي طلبت تغيرها أخبرنى انه لايوجد غرف وخدمته سيئه عند اصرارى غيرو لي الغرفه عن طريق الموظف السعودي

موظفين الجدد للآسف . والاتصال ع التليفون مايردون عليك . يفصلون الكهرباء عليك عز الحر 12 ظهراً قبل الاتصال فيك لتجديد او المغادره . ويصير المكان مظلم وتطلع بكشاف الجوال ؟؟! حشى كهف مو فندق !!!!! يرد عليك يقولك انزل للاستقبال اعمل تجديد !!!!!!!!!!!!لاجل نشغل الكهرب !!!!!

في الساعه 12 مساء تماماً قفلو الكهرباء ومحد اعطاني خبر من قبل هل تبين التمديد ام خروج برغم رقم التواصل والبيانات كلها عندهم والمعروف ان خروج الفنادق من 2 وليس 12 وهذا ماازعلني ولما تواصلت مع الموظف قام بإبلاغي انه هو واضع الخروج 12 لذلك الكهرباء قفلت وكنت ابغى امدد بس بعد هالتصرف سويت خروج ومشيت لفندق ثاني
