Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Dat hebben we niet gebruikt.
En een hartelijke opvang in de avond. Ivm tasje laten liggen bij restaurant op de markt. Hier zaten belangrijke zaken in.
We kregen wat te drinken toen alles ok was.

Cons:

Dekbed was wat te zwaar. Na wat wennen ging het toch goed. Airco was wat moeilijk te bedienen.

Pros:

Hotel in bester Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Wenige Meter zur Innenstadt und zur Maas. Top Service, gratis Wasser, Tee, Suppe, Obst und Kaffee/Tee auf dem Zimmer. Alles sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück reichhaltig, aber mit 22,50 Euro doch ziemlich teuer.

Het bed was zalig, mooie en nette badkamer, indeling ook goed. Niet veel op aan te merken.
Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En locatie is gewoon uitstekend!! Wij komen zeker terug!

Pros:

Centraal gelegen en voor een goed prijs kwaliteit houding. Nette kamers, elke dag schone handdoeken. We mochten de fietsen in de stalling parkeren dit was heel handig. En anders zit er aan het einde van de straat een bewaakte stalling.

Cons:

Er was relatief veel personeel wat alleen engels sprak. Wellicht leerzaam om Nederlands te leren.

Het beste was het ontbijt , al waren zachte broodjes , sandwiches , rozijnebrood , lekkere cake niet aanwezig . Dat verwacht je wel , aangezien ze zich voordoen als een 4sterren hotel.

Cons:

Wij boekten een kamer met groot kingsizebed, aangezien wij een heel jong kindje meehebben .( 2 jaar en 4 maanden). We kregen 2 1 persoonsbedden . Daar moesten we het meedoen . Ons kindje slaapt tussen ons , hij had eigenlijk niet de mogelijkheid om te slapen . Vandaar heb ik natuurlijk ( de papa) mijn slaapplaats afgestaan aan mijn zoontje . Ik kon op de vloer slapen . Zo een hotel is dat ! De manager had ik gecontacteerd , andere kamer gevraagd , niet gekregen . de manager praat veel , maar bracht niks in orde voor ons . Ze deed uit de hoogte tegen ons , gedroeg zich superieur en arrogant . Toevallig ben ik in het dagelijkse leven ook manager , en heb erg veel gereisd , maar klanten zijn voor mij altijd koning . En voor kinderen moet je alles doen wat kan !!!Wij kregen een kamer in een uithoek van het hotel , klein , zwarte muren , absoluut NIET KINDVRIENDELIJK. Ik vermoed dat ze onze normale kamer 2 keer geboekt( verhuurd) hadden , vANDAAR KREGEN WIJ EEN SPUUGLELIJKE KAMER . Ongeschikt voor 3 personen . Dit is zeker geen familiekamer ! Aan de receptie was de juffrouw arrogant en niet bereid om ons te helpen . De rekening klopte niet . Toen ik een recu vroeg , moest ik dit steeds herhalen , wij betaalden té veel , maar na enkele uren gaf ze 5 euro terug . Ik begrijp die houding totaal niet . Dit is het slechtste hotel wat ik de afgelopen jaren meemaakte . Het ergste is , dat ze geen poging ondernamen om ons en het kindje te helpen . Ze deden geen poging , geen ernstige poging om het goed te maken !!!!!!! Minstens hadden ze ons een gratis verblijf mogen aanbieden en een geschenk voor ons kindje !!!!!!! Ze deden gewoon niks . Erge mentaliteit . TOTAAL NIET PROFESSIONEEL.

Everything in this hotel was wonderful. The location was very close to everything? exceedingly friendly and lots and lots of little extra freebies like wine happy hour pot of soup on all day Coffee snacks et cetera.
