Great location, easy access to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. Many convenience stores nearby. Good options for breakfast nearby.
The air conditioning is great too, many options to customize. Good quality bed sheets and mattresses. Bathroom is compact but it has all you need.
The pillows were not very comfortable. The washing machine instructions in the lobby were a bit hard to understand because they were mostly in Japanese but once you figure it out it works great. The room window has no view and doesn’t open so you can’t check how the weather is outside. After a hot and humid day it can also get very warm inside the bathroom so we had to keep the bathroom door open to cool it down with the AC before using.
