Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en je loopt zo het centrum van Adelboden in. Bij aankomst kregen wij een zogenaamde "kosteloze upgrade" naar een grotere kamer met beter uitzicht. (maar dat heb ik al vaker gelezen in de reviews hier op boeking.com ;-) ) De kamer was schoon en ruim. We hebben er 2 nachten geslapen en zijn daarna weer doorgereisd.
Het hotel is erg gedateerd en overduidelijk geprobeerd om leuk te moderniseren door een likje verf en wat accessoires. Wij moesten CHF30 betalen voor het parkeren. Over de wellness faciliteiten is ons niet verteld bij aankomst, dus geen idee waar die zich bevonden en wat daar de kwaliteit van was. (hadden we ook kunnen vragen natuurlijk) Het terras buiten was dicht en dat was best jammer gezien het mooie weer.
Es war alles gut, wir waren willkommen!
Grosses Zimmer, sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse, zentrale Lage, Gratis-Zimmer-Upgrade, relativ ruhig (Zimmer gegen Talseite), sehr freundliches Personal, persönliches Check-in (nicht kontaktloses Express-Check-in), ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet.
Matratze hängt etwas durch,
etwas hoher Zimmerpreis.
Der Balkon war schön gross,Bad war gut.
Hotel wird nicht richtig geführt.Es funktioniert gerade so.Kein Qualifiziertes Personal,launisches Personal.
Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe ! Schlechte u alte Wurst übereinandegestapelt.Rühreier sind ein Fertigprodukt !!
Brötchen zu wenig und alt.Alles nicht schön hergerichtet !!

La vue sur les montagnes
Le manque de communication, nous n’avons pas eu la même chambre que celle réservée, le petit déjeuner était à revoir, le parking nous a été facturé avant même que nous nous sommes garés (il n’y avait finalement pas de place dans le garage sous terrain) nous nous sommes garés devant sur des place interdites au stationnement et nous avons payés quand même

Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Dorf ist gut. Nettes Personal. Kontinentales Frühstück ist i.O.
Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, eher schmudeliges Gefühl für 4 Sterne. Personal kann schlecht deutsch sprechen. Als wir duschen wollten und schon voll nass waren, bemerkten wir das keine Duschseife vorhanden war. Wurde anschliessend zwar aufgefüllt, sollte aber bei der Zimmerreinigung stattfinden.
