Schöner Kurzaufenthalt bei tollem Wetter.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Adelboden, Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Talsicht. Es hatte bequeme Slipper im Zimmer und alles hat gut funktioniert. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück was ausreichend, aber doch nicht 4-Steren-würdig. Keine schliessbaren Schränke im Zimmer, nur offene - aber doch genügend Platz.

el estacionamiento no se puede abrir si llegas despues de las 10pm, al no haber nadie en el front desk.
El modo en que pudimos aparcar fue solo entrando caminando y abriendo el porton desde adentro.

Besseres Zimmer erhalten, als gebucht.
Die Freude war riesig.

Cons:

Restaurant und Terrasse,alles überhaupt nicht eingerichtet,dunkel, komische Fahrzeuge auf Terrasse usw. Nicht einladend.

Pros:

Wir haben ein upgrade erhalte, obwohl es mir und meinem Sohn wenig brachte, dass zwei zusätzliche Betten im Zimmer waren. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung zwar nicht luxuriös aber sehr zweckgemäss und im Chaletstil. Die Aussicht vom Balkon Richtung Südosten ist fenomenal.

Cons:

- Garageplätze sind brutal eng, Bezahlung extra.
- Spabereich war geschlossen, weder in booking noch auf homepage ist das erwähnt. Das war ein Hauptkriterium als ich nach Hotel suchte, deshalb schwer enttäuscht.
- Restaurant geschlossen (auf Homepage erwähnt)
- Frühstückbuffet erst ab 7.30 möglich, für uns leider zu spät, nirgends erwähnt.
- Hotel ist wohl seit dem Besitzerwechsel 2024 auf asiatische Gruppenreisen ausgerichtet. Hotelpersonal ist fast ausschliesslich asiatisch und spricht schlecht deutsch. Entsprechend fehlt das Alpenflair im Hotel.
