Pros:

La camera è spaziosa e con una vista mozzafiato. Possibilità di parcheggiare sotto l'hotel.

Cons:

Il fatto che non c'è uno staff che può aiutarti qualora ne avessi bisogno. Il check in e il check out sono automatici e non molto intuitivi. Colazione nella norma, ma si potrebbe aumentare la qualità. Condizionatore non funzionante

Pros:

Snel en handig inchecken via een zuil. Vanuit het hotel binnen 2 minuten bij diverse restaurants. Ideale bestemming voor een tussenstop.

Cons:

De airco werkte niet, waardoor het heel warm was binnen in de hotelkamer

Very disappointing
Pros:

Room was clean and parking place was good

Cons:

When we entered the room, we turned on the air conditioning and quickly realized that it wasn’t cooling at all. I reported the issue through Booking.com, and about 30 minutes later I received a message saying they would fix it. They even offered to change our room.

Since the room was very hot, I went out for a while. When I came back, I spoke to the staff member at the rooftop. They told me that the person I had been messaging was working in the main office, and that the air conditioning system in the hotel was not working because it was broken. At that point, I gave up trying to resolve the issue.

The problem is that they don’t respond to messages or emails quickly. They tell you to call if there is an urgent issue, but if you are not a Swiss resident, your phone plan may not allow you to make local calls, or you have to pay expensive international call charges just to report a problem.

It is unacceptable to pay this much for a room in the middle of summer and not have a working air conditioner. What makes it even worse is that the hotel was already aware of this issue, yet they never informed us before our stay. If I had booked this hotel for more than one night, I would have been extremely disappointed.😞

The stay could have been better.
Pros:

Self check in was smooth. However need to read up before arrival and must have internet.

Cons:

The air conditioning is not cold at all. Ended up opening all the windows.

Das Zimmer was super. Die Bar im 14 Stock war aussergewöhnlich! Wir habe es genossen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.
Von der Tiefgarage kommt man trotz Karte nicht ins Hotel.
