Pros:

Staff very helpful. Always someone to help. Even if the language was a problem they make a effort to help. She help me with the transport app that was very helpful. We must go early to the train station and they make sure we got early breakfast. Will use this place again.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sehen an sich in Ordnung aus

Cons:

Wir haben das Zimmer betreten und direkt den feucht modrigen Geruch bemerkt. Als wir das Bettlaken anfassten war dieses feucht. Wir haben um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, dieses wurde uns dann gezeigt. Dieses war jedoch nicht besser und wies sogar Wasserflecken (inklusive Tropfen) an der Wand auf. Ein solcher Zustand ist nicht zumutbar, zudem würden alle Sachen feucht werden, wenn man sich in dem Zimmer aufhält, wie man an der feuchten und klammen Bettwäsche gemerkt hat.
Wir haben uns dazu entschieden eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Immerhin war die Mitarbeiterin freundlich und Verständnisvoll. Wir haben etwas mehr als die Hälfte des Preises zurückerstattet bekommen.

Ein schönes kleines Boutique Hotel in Vientaine
Pros:

Das Deluxe Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Es gibt eine Badewanne im Badezimmer.

Cons:

Alles ist gut.

Basic stay in the city centre
Pros:

Great location, nice inoffensive design of the room, probably the best bathroom we had on this trip, great shower pressure. Eggs made to order for breakfast.

Cons:

Instant coffee!!!!
Limited breakfast options, but we only had 1 breakfast there, so it was ok.
Our room was on the ground floor, so we could hear the kitchen staff and guests having breakfast.
The hotel looks like it's been flooded as the walls are all stained with paint peeling off and the furniture is warped at the floor level.
The shower was blocked and water was flooding the whole bathroom but when we reported it in the morning, the reception staff did not seem interested.

Good place to stay 8/10 but breakfast 5/10
Pros:

Room 10/10, Bed (king size) 10/10. Internet 10/10, Staff 9/10. Breakfast 5/10. Location 8/10.

Cons:

The breakfast could be more varied, but this is not critical because the price for the hotel is very reasonable. I didn't see any other drawbacks.

Pros:

中心部にありながら、路地にあるため静か。
設備も値段の割には、満足のレベル。
宿泊者数が少ない（多分）こともあり、
丁寧に対応してくれる。

L'emplacement près des temples et des marchés

Cons:

Pour un hôtel qui porte le nom de LUXE BOUTIQUE HÔTEL, le petit déjeuner est loin d'être luxueux : café en poudre, absence de jus de fruits mais également de fruits, aucun laitage, seules de pauvres tranches de pain de mie avec de la confiture de fraises.. il faut aimer les oeufs sinon rien à se mettre sous la dent
