Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated individuals that plan to stay-in for Tourism purpose, will be allowed to check-in at our hotel upon providing proof of vaccination.
A deposit may be required at the property.

it was okay
Pros:

The room was ok.
AC works normal.
Water pressure perfect.
Water heater great.
Provide hair dryer in the bathroom.

Cons:

The SPC of some furniture was flaked off.
There was Cockroaches in the vanity drawer.
Bathroom smell off, the toilet was not clean properly.
The entrance door was stuck when tried to close from the outside.
Also, i can hear people beside our room chatting, talking clearly.
The lighting provided was not enough.

Pros:

The staff was kind & friendly. Room quite ok for two people. It is better to provide a praying mat in each room, to use by Muslims.

Cons:

TV programme can't be connected. Wires should be put properly. Please put a lamp at the table next to the bathroom. Please provide instant coffee or tea in the room.
