Pros:

Izuzetan boravak! Osoblje je predivno, ljubazno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Sve je besprijekorno čisto i uredno, a lokacija je savršena za odmor i obilazak okolnih sadržaja. Ambijent je prelijep, miran i opuštajući. Sve pohvale cijelom timu, sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti i rado preporučujemo svima!

De ligging, het huisje en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel van het restaurant.

Cons:

Ik boekte speciaal dit wellness hotel omdat ik nood had aan een massage. Bij aankomst krijg ik te horen: "massage not available". Voor een 4-sterren hotel: receptie service = 0. Je krijgt sleutel en mededeling: " outside to the left". In het huisje: geen haardroger in badkamer, geen nachtkastjes, geen informatie over welness/restaurant/hotel, geen telefoon om receptie te bellen...
Ben er mijn toiletzak vergeten. Op mijn vraag na te gaan hoeveel verzending kost en het nodige te doen kreeg ik als antwoord: "wij kunnen dat niet naar België sturen. U moet dat zelf regelen." Op mijn vraag om dan het gewicht door te geven heb ik na een week nog altijd geen antwoord gekregen.
Ik werk zelf als receptioniste in een 4-sterren business hotel met internationaal publiek en er wordt vaak iets vergeten. Iets versturen is een kleine moeite: pakje maken en wegen. Prijs opzoeken en communiceren naar klant toe. Als hij betaald heeft, verzendlabel aanmaken en versturen. Dat is het. Dat is klantenservice. Maar dat kennen ze hier precies niet. Maar het is uiteraard mogelijk dat het meisje aan de balie totaal geen ervaring heeft of een degelijke opleiding gevolgd of gekregen heeft.

Schönes Hotel, aber nicht Zimmer 105 nehmen
Pros:

Es ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Anfahrt war einfach. Ausreichend Parkplätze am Hotel. Schwimmbecken im Haus. Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Cons:

Im Zimmer mit der Nummer 105 war Schimmel an der Decke im Badezimmer. Nach Meldung des Schimmel an der Rezeption ist nichts passiert. Der Toilettendeckel und die Duschaufhängung waren nicht fest montiert. Das Bettlaken war zu klein. Teilweise war das Personal nicht so hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zum Beispiel konnten keine Informationen zum Wandern im Nationalpark gegeben werden.
Das auf dem Gelände gelegene Restaurant ist nicht für Vegetarier geeignet.

Predivna priroda, jako ljubazno osoblje, osobitno mladi decko iz Indije imenom Niks, ako su djeca dobro razumila ☺️ Sve pohvale za njega, rijetko je sresti tako dragog i simpaticnog, susretljivog dalekog stranca na nasim prostorima

Boravak u Natura Art-Hotelu Opal Art bio je vrlo ugodan. Lokacija uz rijeku je prekrasna i pruža mirno okruženje za odmor. Sobe su uredne, čiste i udobne, a osoblje ljubazno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Posebno nas je oduševio prekrasan pogled na prirodu i opuštajuća atmosfera. Hrana je bila ukusna i raznolika. Idealno mjesto za bijeg od svakodnevnog stresa i odmor u prirodi.

Akceptują płatności kartą. Piękna lokalizacja. Parking pod hotelem. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Wyjątkowo miły kelner serwujący śniadania. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

W pierwszym pokoju, który nam przydzielono był tylko 1 ręcznik, nie działała lodówka. Brak klimatyzacji, a w pokoju temperatura 26 stopni. Zmieniono nam pokój. Lodówka działała, ręczniki były. Okazało się, że instalacje w pokojach służą jedynie do ogrzewania, a nie chlodzenia. Niestety rama łóżka i szafa były pokryte warstwą kurzu, więc żeby z nich skorzystać musieliśmy je najpierw umyć...W łazience brak mydła pod prysznicem. Nie zostało uzupełnione następnego dnia, mimo że zostawiłam wyjętą pompkę, tak by nie dało się tego przeoczyć. Personel na pewno był w naszym pokoju ponieważ zostawiono nam miły list powitalny i talerz ze słodyczamii i niezbyt świeżymi owocami. Doceniam bardzo fajny pomysł ale niestety realizacja była już gorsza. Rozumiem, że połowa mają to nie jest wysoki sezon i nie mają zbyt wielu gościu w tym czasie, więc można przymknąć oko na pewne niedogodności. Jednak pokoje w których przyjmuje się gości powinny być gotowe na ich przyjęcie. W trakcie naszego pobytu podczas sniadnaia zabrakło prądu ale personel szybko uruchomił agregat i wszytko wróciło do normy. Ogólnie hotel ma potencjał i miły personel ale parę kwestii trzeba jeszcze poprawić..
