入住体验算正常没有很多落差，前台服务人员比较友好。
Pros:

房间比较宽大是木地板是老派房风格有加装了电梯，房间可开窗，房间有小冰箱这个很好，大小床都蛮好睡的，闹中取静在较高的位置徒步到市中心广场也不远。旅馆隔壁就是匹萨餐厅大概是同一个洋人老板经营，无早餐的房费可以再实惠一点降到300人民币以下才更有竞争力，马达加斯加首都老百姓薪资收入不高同时本地化商品也不贵、但卖游客的价格不算低有些奇葩、因此这个旅馆定价稍高

房间需要提供电热水壶，提供免费瓶装水，卫生间的厕纸没有多余的，建议提供一个转换头可以固定在桌子上的，淋浴花洒需要更换好的了毕竟老旧了出水不好

Ottimo soggiorno. Imperdibile per qualità/prezzo/posizione
Pros:

Finalmente dopo un giro di 25 giorni e 17 hotel visitati arrivo al des Roses e vedo un bel bidet in bagno! Mi ero quasi dimenticato come fossero. A parte le battute, ottima struttura, fascinosa, camera tripla ampia e pulitissima. Presenti frigobar, aria condizionata e cassaforte. Letto molto comodo (cuscini alti come in tutte le altre strutture). Colazione da pagare a parte, servita una ottima crostata artigianale. Prezzo basso se confrontato con la qualità offerta. Da consigliare e da tornarci sicuramente.

Cons:

Zona centralissima che la sera (non è certo responsabilità dell'Hotel) si anima in versione negativa per cui è necessaria una macchina/taxi per uscire o essere accompagnati al ristorante. Tutta la città la sera e la notte è altamente insicura, le strade sono buie e non c'è nessuno in giro se non facce poco rassicuranti. E' il lato negativo di una capitale che con il Palazzo della Regina e il Complesso Reale della collina di Ambohimanga (a 25 km ma imperdibile per "avvertire" la storia, la religiosità e l'unità del paese) regala emozioni ed approfondimenti unici. Belle anche le mostre al Museo della Fotografia. Non state a sentire chi dice che Tana può essere semplicemente saltata in un giro del Madagascar (sono persone che hanno orizzonti molto ristretti).

A good choice for Tana
Pros:

Good location, good breakfast, huge rooms.

Many of the rooms did not have hot water. Hawkers outside the hotel.
