Fun and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated and our room was very clean and comfortable.

We loved it. I have eight brothers and sisters and I will recommend Manoir d'Auteuil to them.
Pros:

The croissants were great, the best we had in Quebec, and we checked a few bakeries to see how they ranked. We were visiting a city for the first time, and the staff helped us out with tips and recommendations. They know their stuff and they know their city.

Cons:

I found the main tourist-ie streets of Old Quebec to be too tourist-ie.

Awesome location and incredibly kind staff

We loved the location and the staff is absolutely wonderful!

Cons:

We were “upgraded” into a suite that was in a separate building than the rest of the hotel. The ingress and egress was through two key locked (and re key lock after entry)doors, up three flights of twisting stairs with no rails in several areas. The suite had no furniture on its private deck so it was not usable except to stand and furnishings in the room seemed thrown together and not put together well. The bathroom is surrounded in frosted glass and visible to anyone in the suite, this included the toilet😳 privacy was NOT an option.
HOWEVER, when I brought these things to the attention of the staff they happily moved us into a room within the main area with easy keycard entry and moved our luggage for us.

Pros:

Very good location, quite, has everything I need, and the staff are super nice

Cons:

My room was very small. But it’s ok for one person and I only stayed for one night. The bed was on the soft side.
