Muy buena ubicación para caminar por el viejo Quebec, a un paso de museos y restaurantes.
La habitación olía raro y fue muy pequeña, además tenía tres escalones con alfombra la cual estaba muy sucia, el personal agradable pero poco atento y solo había una persona entonces depronto desaparecía y no había nadie en recepción, también rotaba mucho la persona de recepción.

A pet leave of mine is mounting a TV on a wall and seeing a wire or two running down the wall to the power and the cable system. This one was the worst. See photo. It was an ugly mess of tangled wires. The room was gorgeous, why doesn’t the hotel care about the appearance of their beautiful room. I am still rating them a 10.

Die sehr üppige Junior-Suite, Lage ist optimal innerhalb der Stadtmauer. Alles ist somit fussläufig erreichbar. Nancy war sehr hilfsbereit und charmant. Ein Wohlfühlhotel.
Frühstück war ok - für ein 3 Sterne Hotel sogar recht üppig.
Es gibt keinen Lift.
Die Lage ist für eine Stadtbesichtigung optimal - der Stadtkern und die Aussichtsterrasse ist ein unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Auto kann man gegenüber (kostenpflichtig) parken. Es ist ein historisches Gebäude mit alten Mauern und verwinkelten Zimmern.
Das Frühstück ist mickrig.
The location was excellent! The staff were warm and inviting. They went over and beyond our expectations Bed was sooo comfy and pillows as well
Quite honestly there is nothing we weren’t happy with. Even having up 3 flights of stairs to our room seemed okay so we could work off a little of the wonderful food we had in Quebec
