This hotel is beautiful, quaint and couldn't have a better location. Staff were very helpful with access for a planned after hours arrival that turned into a next day arrival after a delayed flight. If we had any questions, someone was a text away and answered promptly. We were very happy with the breakfast selection, particularly the freshly made crepes. The hotel is undergoing construction on the floor we stayed, but assured us it would not have any bearing on our stay. This was true as the only evidence of it was a floor protector on the stairs. We were very happy with our deluxe room and if the hotel is currently updating them we would love to see what that would be like. If I'm being super picky I would say having a throw in the room would have been really nice as we had a very large couch and chaise to relax on. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was amazing! Location was within easy walking distance to Vieux Quebec which was our goal, and beds comfy. The staff were very nice as well. The decor is definitely art deco if you like that style. Love that there is a history behind the place detailed on their website
I suspect that each room is different so I am only speaking about our apartment. The only thing perhaps is that the hot water shower faucet was a but tricky to figure out how to use, but this may be only in our suite and is very minor.
Oh right, I almost forgot -- they may benefit from a deep wash of the fabric seats in the suite, but again, minor
Beautiful little hotel. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The rooms were spacious & comfy. I would recommend for the location as well.
The breakfast was minimal but yummy & got the job done. My room wasn't freshened up 2/4 night I was there but I'm not sure if they do it nightly or if you have to ask. Overall, neither of these issues dampened my stay very much.
