A very annoying thing happened, with the transcendent and irresponsible official in fact, twice we booked a room with a single bed and they gave us a double bed, and the second thing I lost my things inside the room, and when I changed the room I told him did you find anything, the official told me no, I told him to make sure of the house with you, and he said I confirmed and there is nothing in the room, and after two days I found the people I find the house with your bank and asked him and he brought me one object and the other they did not bring it and they said we did not find anything, and they fined me 300 baht on the silber although I left them another one instead of it but not the same brand, I was very upset with the hotel and I do not want to go down again, all the employees are friendly to the superior manager for nothing
