Pros:

La habitación excelente, el trato del personal, la ubicación, la limpieza el aire acondicionado, es la 4ves que voy y superó mis expectativas.. trabajo en hoteleria y soy muy quisquillo, y lo que valore mas aparte de la limpieza fue el trato de todo el personal.

Cons:

Veo comentarios del olor a caño, les doy la solución y asunto arreglado, la tapita blanca se la regadera cuando se llena de agua ya no embona bien, así que con una pluma o palillos dientes ajusten y créanme se soluciona el inconveniente y a disfrutar de merida

Hotel cómodo y práctico para hospedarse en Mérida
Pros:

El hotel es muy agradable con lo necesario para descansar y comer bien. Las habitaciones son sencillas, y tienen lo necesario para descansar y dormir muy bien. La alberca se encuentra en excelente estado y me gustó que la reservación incluye el desayuno.

Cons:

El único punto negativo es que mi mamá no pudo ver sus novelas porque no se veían los canales de señal abierta.

Ascensori spesso non funzionanti, camere vecchie e bisognose di imbiancare, tubature vecchie con problemi di scarico del water. Nell'ultima colazione sotto gli hotcakes c'erano chicchi di riso crudo, totalmente inspiegabile

Parfaite situation de cet hôtel pour les visites et piscine très bien pour détente.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville.
Une cantina super sympa à 50 mètres.
Lits confortables.
Piscine sympa.
Parking gratuit

Cons:

Chambre et SDB très vieillottes. SDB très petite et pas pratique.

Cons:

No airport shuttle as advertised by booking.com luckily we got an uber no problem. Also gave us one key card which meant we couldn't keep the air-conditioning on when we left to go exploring which left the room roasting when we got back and it took ages to cool down.

Motsvarar inte bilderna eller beskrivningarna, personalen är trevlig dock.
Pros:

Personalen var trevlig, uppskattar också att de i receptionen kunde engelska! Sängen var skön! Stor spegel i sovrummet var också trevligt.

Cons:

INGEN LJUDISOLERING, man hörde allt utanför rummet plus att dörren till rummet slogs mot dörrkarmen att vi behövde ställa en stol och lägga handduk mot dörren för att den skulle sluta slå mot karmen och skapa någorlunda isolering.

Vi hade ”amerikansk frukos” som ingick i bokningen, vilket var en väldigt fattig frukost där de tre av två saker på ”menyn” inte ens fanns plus att vi fick inte alla tre saker (bröd med smör & marmelad, våfflor, ägg med antingen bacon eller korv och stekta grönsaker) utan endast en.

Alldeles för få solstolar, totalt åtta st och ett hotell på över 30 hotellrum…

Chien errant qui viennent pendant les repas et le personnel qui leur donne les résidus qu'il y a dans les assiettes à la fin de nos repas. Le linge de lit avec des taches. Problème d'eau chaude dans l'une de nos chambres.
