Pros:

O quarto era muito confortável e a anfitriã foi muito simpática com a gente.

Cons:

Tinha muito barulho dos outros hóspedes no corredor e no banheiro.

Good pension room with private bathroom. Close to train station.
Pros:

- steps to train station
- it helped that it is just 5 metro stops from bus terminal when our outgoing train was cancelled and we were forced to book bus instead
- it was generally quite in April with just few other guest in this pension (half empty)
- we booked room with private bathroom and it was attached exclusively to our room and had shower, toilet, shampoo, body wash, large mirror, hairdryer +++
- hot water had good pressure in both rain shower head and in attached hose
- host allowed us to use portion of the fridge, microwave and kettle in the kitchen
- walking distance to main sightseeing sites (take bus 30C or 32C in the city to go to Generalife / Alhambra )
- mattress was good (on extra soft side)
- wi-fi was fast and reliable

Cons:

- a bit of a smell and moisture in the bathroom as there is no exhaust fan and you need to open window to ventilate ( minor inconvenience considering everything )

Quiet house and nice stay next to train station.
Pros:

Nice room in the quiet neighborhood. If you need to sleep near to the train station to get up early in the morning, it's perfect. Excellent price.

Cons:

Checking-in was somehow messy as I didn't know how to enter the building in the first place. But in the end, everything solved relatively easy. Chandelier in the room is too low :) I hit it with my head a few times.

posizione molto comoda, soprattuto per noi che eravamo in auto, abbiamo trovato posto nelle vicinanze. camera e bagno molto spaziosi. ottima qualità prezzo.

Le bruit de la salle de bain commune. Il y a une grille directement reliée à notre chambre on entend tout et c’est dérangeant lorsque les autres prennent des douches pendant 1 heure à minuit.
