Overall, the stay was pleasant. Quite frankly, I did not have a very high expectation as such. I was also exploring an alternative to my usual hotel and, from whatever I have checked during the past one year, this establishment came on the top.
Though the staff was very cordial and helping, they need further training to handle the guests and act well in such an establishment. The phone in my room wasn't working when I checked-in and I had to call twice from my cell phone to the hotel's reception to send someone there but to no avail. The lady who took the call was too casual about it. Resultantly, I had to seek help from a hotel personnel, who definitely was not an electrician, to get the issue resolved. Though the property has been renovated, I think that most of the items, especially the washrooms, weren't paid much attention to.

Location is closed malls, Staff is courteous and friendly.
We booked 2 rooms one for the newly wed couple and other for myself. Hotel rooms have misty bad odor, Room 314 phone wasn't working. Shower water wasn't draining properly which created a mess. 2nd room no one was picking up the calls for Room service at night. Our son had to walk 3 times to the front desk to ask for the supplies. We all canceled our 2nd day stay becuase of these issues.
