Ma chambre était confortable est spacieuse mais situé du côté de la principale...j en parlerais dans les points négatifs.
Le petit déjeuner était agréable. La piscine et le rooftop est sympathique. Une partie du personnel extrêmement sympathique.
Ma chambre était du côté de la rue principale...donc extrêmement bruyante..la journée et la nuit. C'est quelque chose que l hôtel se doit d'être plus transparent. Une partie du personnel étaient extrêmement désagréable...peux être car nous ne sommes pas de Colombie ?
Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas correct. J'ai fait plusieurs hôtel à Medellìn et pour se prix tout doit être impeccable, ce qui n était pas le cas

Las habitacines muy obscuras, yo pedí una habitación con cuna y llegamos súper cansados del viaje y no estaba lista nos tocó esperar como una hora para que nos puedan entregar la cuna, el desayuno muy pobre y repetidas las opciones.

L’établissement était très bien situé, vous avez accès à un centre commercial juste derrière l’immeuble, un point positif est que vous pouvez continuer à utiliser les parties communes de l’établissement après le Check out
Il y a un manque d’isolation dans les chambres ce qui fait qu’on entend quasiment toutes les soirées qui sont situés au rooftop, également les chambres sont assez sombres! Je conseille cet hôtel si vous cherchez à faire des rencontres et si vous venez plus pour faire la fête entre amis!

Todo estuvo muy bien.
Pretty much everything. The room was nice and clean with a really nice view. I was on the second floor and my room was the Nutibara. We had breakfast included and it was really good and the portions were more than enough. We also had dinner our first night, and the food was reallyyyy good. The staff was amazingly friendly. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the whole building (game room, yoga room, cinema, etc...) because we stayed 2 nights only and most of the time we were outside, but our first night we used the pool and the view from it combined with the perfect temperature of water, made it really special. This is definitively a place you would not want to leave.
The only thing I didn't like was that my room has a window connected to the Café on the first floor, early in the morning you will hear the whole interaction coming from the Café, which made our mornings kind of loud.
Buena ubicación y la higiene excelente, el desayuno 10/10, gracias a Jorge excelente trato y atención, nos llevamos un gran trato de ti, espero y que te valoren como la estrella que eres.
Lo único que tenemos malo para decir es que la cena del rooftop horrible, nos llevamos una mala impresión desde la primera noche, pedimos unas hamburguesas malas la carne estaba descompuesta y muy caras.
Me gustó el espacio, las habitaciones eran limpias, con agua caliente, con aire acondicionado, y los espacios comunes eran muy buenos, habían videojuegos, mesas de juego y el área de la terraza con la piscina aclimatada. También el desayuno estaba rico, nos ofrecieron cóctel de bienvenida y las personas muy amables.
Que llegué a las 2:30, solo faltaban 30 minutos para el check in y no ofrecieron la posibilidad de recibir la habitación.
Buena atencion
L’emplacement, la convivialité sont vraiment bien.
