Hotel con vistas espectaculares, situado en lo alto de una montaña cercana a Sorrento. Instalaciones muy limpias y habitaciones con buenas vistas. La que nos tocó, además, tenía un baño súper grande que se agradece, la verdad. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. Además, tienen una máquina para hacer zumos de naranja natural que es una maravilla. El ambiente en general es muy tranquilo y por las mañanas las vistas desde el restaurante para desayunar son espectaculares.

El hotel frente al mar y la amabilidad de todo el personal

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Aussicht auf die neapolitanische Bucht und Vesuv aus der Terrasse war herrlich. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet, das Bad groß und sauber. Die Matratzen waren perfekt (nicht zu weich). Draußen gibt es ein Wellness-Bereich, u.a. ein Whirlpool, wo man "im Schatten des Vesuvs" die Seele richtig baumen lassen kann. Das Restaurant mit Tischen auf der Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Ausblick bietet ein gutes lokales Gourmet-Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen an. Es gibt auch ein leckeres Frühstück (Buffet), im Preis inbegriffen. Obwohl das Hotel etwas von der Stadt entfernt ist (viel höher, deswegen die schöne Aussicht), kann man mit dem kostenlosen Shuttlebus die Stadt Sorrento problemlos erreichen. Das Personal war hilfreich um kümmerte sich um meine Fragen.

Потрясающий отель! Чистота везде! Бронировал одноместный номер, шикарный вид на Везувий и залив. Шикарные завтраки, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, мясные нарезки, фрукты , выпечка. От ж/д вокзала если вы в хорошей физической форме и на легке-50 минут в горку. До города вниз-30 минут. Но-есть бесплатный автобус каждый час. Отель присылает расписание в день заезда, очень удобно если вы с детьми и багажом. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель!

El desayuno es espectacular, variado, con muchas alternativas, riquisimo. El personal es sumamente amable. E l hotel cuenta con traslado gratis desde y hacia el hotel cada una hora aproximadamente lo cual soluciona en parte el tema de estar lejos del centro de Sorrento Como hacia mucho calor todos los días nos dejaban 2 botellas de agua como atención, las q se agradecía mucho. Tiene una vista espectacular desde el balcón de las habitaciones

Tutto il servizio ben localizzato, personale cordiale, una vista mozzafiato.

Excelente hotel. Tiene un restaurante con una calidad exquisita y muy buenos precios. Tiene un autobús lanzadera gratuito que te deja en el centro de Sorrento con muy buena frecuencia y puntuales. El personal es muy amable.

We spent four wonderful nights here, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotless, bright, and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Watching the Bay of Naples every morning was an experience we'll never forget.

The food deserves a special mention. Every meal at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and as someone who requires a gluten-free diet, I was genuinely impressed by how easily and professionally the staff accommodated my needs.

Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay—without a doubt one of the best we've ever had. Freshly squeezed orange juice, a wide variety of high-quality options, and an irresistible selection of more than eight different kinds of warm pastries that were constantly replenished. They were so good that they alone would be a reason to come back!

The complimentary shuttle to and from Sorrento was another huge advantage. It was punctual, convenient, and made exploring the area effortless while allowing us to enjoy the peace and spectacular views away from the busy town center.

What made this hotel truly exceptional, though, was the combination of outstanding service, delicious food, incredible views, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We left with wonderful memories and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We can't recommend Hotel Il Nido highly enough. If you're planning a trip to the Sorrento area, do yourself a favor and book this hotel—you won't regret it.

I traveled to Sorrento in May 2026. Gianni, the owner, was an incredible host! Even though I booked a different room without a view, Gianni made sure I had an ocean view room. It was a beautiful stay and the hosts made even more special. The daily breakfasts were delicious and the complimentary shuttle to town was such a treat. Thank you Gianni for everything and I hope to see you again.

Hotel was exceptional. Room was lovely and the restaurant was great and very reasonably priced. The hotel is relatively far away from the centre of Sorrento but the shuttle service means there is no issue. Would recommend and would love to stay again!
