Do not book this hotel!
Pros:

We booked this hotel 6 months in advance of our trip. We arrived into Sarajevo to a message from the property only 3 hours before our arrival that our hotel was no longer available and they would be giving us a different, comparable accommodation. We arrived at that accommodation to find a 2x2 room, a rusted out air conditioner, and no balcony, at the same price—which is not at all what we paid for. When we confronted the property, they essentially said, this is what we have available and offered no discount. We booked a different hotel. Thankfully, booking refunded us.

Att vi hade bokat det hotellet för att vi ville sitta på hotellets stora city Wiew och äta frukost men fick bo på ett annat hotell av oklar anledning. Frukosten serverades på plan minus ett i en kall stel lokal med dålig frukost. Eftersom det hade varit helg fanns bara gammalt rostbröd som inte gick att rosta! Kallt kaffe och ingen personal därnere.

Остались довольны проживанием в отеле. Из плюсов - очень удобное местоположение отеля. Отель выходит на пешеходную улицу

Удобное местоположение отеля, находится в центре. Отель выходит на пешеходную улицу города, где много вкусных мест и все в пешей доступности.
Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал.
В номерах чисто, полотенец дали с излишком.
Также отмечу вид из окна, ради которого и заселились в отель.

Cons:

Плохо работал душ и в здании один лифт, у которого всегда очередь. А если номер у лифта, готовьтесь к тому что будете слышать толпы людей, которые стоят в очереди на один лифт…

Pogled iz sobe je zaista bio prelijep, krevet veoma udoban, a osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i susretljivo — to su svakako najveći plusovi ovog smještaja.

Cons:

Nažalost, bilo je i nekoliko nedostataka. U sobi je bilo dosta prašine, prekrivač nije bio čist, a ventilacija u kupatilu nije radila kako treba. Također, u prostoru stalnose osjećao miris cigareta. Dodatno, položaj WC školjke nije bio praktičan, pa je korištenje bilo prilično neudobno.
