Pros:

Está justo en la playa, en frente del punto de snorkel, la zona de bar tiene hamacas y zonas de descanso. El desayuno estaba bien. El personal amable y cercano.

Good location, but otherwise low quality.
Pros:

Good location right on the beach. Good spot for snorkling.

Cons:

Low quality food. Rooms and area has not been renovated for a long time. Lower standard than images cloud lead you to believe. Broken items that are not fixed: windows to room could not be locked, AC could not keep up, toilet had problems flushing, broken holder for toilet paper, a LOT of loose planks around pool area. For adults there are only two things to choose from for breakfast; fried rice or fried noodles, other dishes are kid-sizes.

Nice enough and good location for turtle spotting but definitely not a luxury experience and poor value for money.
Pros:

We stayed in the big family bungalow. It was comfortable enough with good beds but not as described. There are two bedrooms separated by a set of stairs, but no door, and no living area. Beach towels and drinking water are available on request. Hot water in the showers.

Cons:

The bar and pool area are run down. For the price of the family bungalow I expected more. Staff were quite pushy with the snorkelling tour etc.

Pros:

Le positionnement géographique

Cons:

Plusieurs points méritent d’être développés.

Selon moi, une très bonne situation géographique et un prix peu élevé ne peuvent pas tout justifier.

Tout d’abord, concernant l’entretien :

Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine au vu de l’état de la terrasse qui l’entoure, laquelle est tout simplement dangereuse. De plus, l’eau était presque constamment trouble.

Le bungalow était correct, même si le personnel ne semble pas avoir reçu de formation sur la manière de faire un lit correctement.

La salle de bain était moyenne, avec là aussi un manque évident d’entretien.

Pour finir sur le bungalow, nous avions bien un hamac, mais je défie quiconque de réussir à s’y asseoir vu la hauteur à laquelle il a été installé.

Concernant le personnel :

Certains membres étaient très agréables et sympathiques. Cependant, j’ai été surprise d’apprendre qu’après avoir loué un vélo et du matériel de snorkeling, la personne en charge demandait à mon conjoint un prix différent de celui qui m’avait été annoncé la veille.

Ce qui est d’autant plus regrettable que les tarifs pratiqués pour la location de vélos et de matériel de snorkeling sont déjà plus élevés que ceux proposés ailleurs sur l’île. Nous avions pourtant choisi de louer directement auprès de l’établissement afin de soutenir leur activité plutôt que de nous tourner vers un autre prestataire.

Et ce n’est pas tout. Le lendemain, nous nous sommes rendu compte que les coquillages que nous avions laissés sur la table extérieure de notre bungalow avaient disparu et s’étaient retrouvés sur le comptoir du bar de l’hôtel.

Comme à chaque fois que nous avons demandé des explications, personne ne savait rien et personne ne comprenait ce qui s’était passé.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons à Bali. Nous y étions depuis un mois et c’est la première mauvaise expérience que nous ayons eue.

Je vous conseille de vous éloigner du bord de plage et de choisir un autre hébergement plutôt que de séjourner ici.

Door don’t close properly, shower head was broken and didn’t stay on the wall. The towels and bath mat need upgrading they are old and covered in stains

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment attentionné, le logement est bien situé, il y a une plage et un spot de tortues juste devant, nous avons pu voir pleins de tortues. Le jardin est verdoyant. Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation, ils ont réagi tout de suite et nous ont changé de logement pour la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était bon et en plus au bord de la mer. Mieux vaut prendre le grand bungalow familial qui est rénové que les autres bungalows familiaux.

Cons:

Les installations devraient subir quelques rénovations, c'est dommage parce que le lieu pourrait vraiment être sympa avec quelques rénovations.
