A week in Gili Air
Pros:

Pros:

Das Zimmer an sich war okay. Die Möbel sind alt und es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten (Kleiderschrank und Nachttische vorhanden, mir hat eine weitere Kommode o.ä. gefehlt), aber das ist alles okay.

Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Zugang zu den Unterkünften ist schön begrünt und gepflegt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer, vor allem die Dusche, ist weniger gut. Die Dusche war derart schlimm, dass ich den Duschkopf nicht in die Hand nehmen wollte (hängen lassen ging aufgrund des wenigen Wasserdrucks nicht). Der Duschkopf wirkt, als sei er aus den 60ern und am verrotten. Der Wasserdruck ist dermaßen gering, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, nie richtig sauber zu werden. Pflegeprodukte ordentlich aus den Haaren zu waschen, war fast unmöglich.

Das angebotene Frühstück fanden wir nicht gut und haben ab unserem zweiten Tag in einem anderen Lokal gefrühstückt. Die Toilette im Restaurant ist unzumutbar.

Der Pool und Pool-Bereich sind absolut abgerockt und sollte gesperrt werden. Die Poolumrandung aus Holz ist eine reine Gefahr, im Pool selbst lösen sich die Fliesen und man erkennt einen dicken Film auf dem Wasser. Wir waren nicht einmal im Pool.

Wir waren als Familie dort, daher der Hinweis für Familien: Es ist recht laut, man hört alles aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung 1:1, teils eben auch bis spät in die Nacht.

Lugar idílico
Pros:

La zona es excepcional, la terraza del hotel dispone de hamacas y camas a pie de playa, además está enfrente del Turtle Point por lo que puedes bucear a pocos metros y ver tortugas.
El personal fue muy servicial y atento.
La comida del restaurante está buena pero por poner una pega, los precios son demasiado elevados en comparación con las raciones.

Cons:

Las tasas podrían estar incluidas en el precio de carta ya que es un 15/18% de la cuenta.

Muy buena opción en el norte de la isla
Pros:

Ubicación, tamaño cabaña, silencio. Turtle point justo enfrente. Cuando sube la marea tiene más espacio es la playa que otros.

Nice location where turtles are, I found a few snorkling. Staff were polite and made me breakfast earlier as I needed to catch a boat (I asked if possible). Was a good stay overall

Cons:

I took the advice from other reviews and rented snorkling set elsewhere.
The aircon in the room needs to be serviced as it was on the coldest setting and overnight it was still a bit warm.

A beautiful stay in paradise
Pros:

The bungalows are comfortable and beautiful to stay in with verandahs and hammocks. The gardens are very pretty and well maintained. All needs were provided and breakfast was delicious.

Good Location and Kind Staff
Pros:

The location of this property is incredibly convenient for snorkelling, providing easy access to the beach! The staff are incredibly kind, they felt like friends to us during our stay. The bedroom itself was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

Unfortunately we really didn’t like the bathroom. We aren’t sure if every rooms bathroom is like this, it may of just been ours. The shower floor is made of stone so it traps lots of dirt, so even though I think they attempted to clean it, unfortunately it still felt dirty, it seemed like residue from the previous guests. The water pressure is really poor and the shower head is really old. This was our only complaint for our stay, if the bathroom was cleaner and more functional it would do the property so many favours!

Idéal pour voir les tortues de mer.
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est confortable, à l'extérieur il y a de quoi s'asseoir et un hamac. La piscine est très agréable surtout après une baignade dans la mer avec les tortues. La plage en face de l'hôtel qui offre des transat aux clients.

Cons:

La musique assez bruyant mais qui ne dur pas très longtemps.
