Great food, nice little touches such as bathrobes, coffee machine in room, air con
Nothing to dislike
Just perfect.
Lovely hotel in a great location that serves delicious food by fantastic staff.
Nothing
Great site in a most pleasant village.
Comfortable rooms and bathroom facilities clean and in good working order.
Staff helpful and cheerful, especially the breakfast service. Very good range of breakfast choices and the cooked options freshly done, well presented and tasty.
Everything fine
Breakfast always delicious and plenty of choice
A bit of a musty smell in the room
We love the ambiance, the history and the themed rooms. We always receive a warm welcome and find the staff helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent location for visiting gardens.
The hotel was very nice although could do with a freshen up in some areas. Rooms were comfy and clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff were courteous and polite. Sally who works in the dining room was exceptional, very friendly, helpful and a fountain of knowledge about the local area, she really made our stay wonderful. The breakfast also very nice and a great selection. The only gripe we had was in the beer gardens. The tables were very dirty and sticky and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay and we definitely will return.

Great staff, clean with well equipped room
Nothing
It was in a great position and the garden was lovely to sit in and enjoy the evening. Our room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast included which was great.
Our room and some of the other areas in the hotel need a freshen up as there was Staines on the walls and carpets. Also the air conditioning in our room leaked water down the wall and you could hear it dripping at night.
Situation in the village
Not good value for what we paid
Breakfast was ok. Sunday buffet style but Monday was made to order but they forgot to take mine!!!
The hotel is tired and needs an overhaul. Staff are very good.
La posizione, buona la colazione, accogliente la location
La doccia poco comoda
服务态度特别好!离火车站、景点都很近
Rooms are fun and a beautiful building
No air con and not even a fan - it was very hot
Lovely old hotel in Mickleton.
We stayed here during the hot weather in July and had an attic room which was really hot & hard to sleep even with a fan
The breakfast was delicious!
