The staff were very pleasant especially the breakfast staff. The food was good
The room we were allocated had threadbare carpets. There was no atmosphere in the bar and the lounge was dark and never occupied by any guests. The price of drinks was extortionate and we were told there was no charge for blackcurrant and soda in the bar but was then charged £4.50 for the same thing in the restaurant. Insufficient staff bar mainly left unmanned or bar person was doing more than 1 role
Nothing
I booked this for my son and his wife. We were in the area for a family wedding. They saw 2 rooms and both were extremely dirty. There was hair all over the bed sheets in both rooms. On the plus side they refunded the money quickly. It was so dirty that they could not stay there and moved to another hotel. As this was so last minute this hotel was much more expensive but my son said was worth it just to get out of this hotel
Pleasant hotel with friendly staff in a small village setting. It includes a pub and good restaurant. Not much else nearby in the way of restaurants, shopping or attractions. There are a wide variety of rooms and suites, some (like ours) are small, but we were advised of this in booking, and room size was reflected in a comparably reasonable price. Booking included an excellent breakfast and free parking at no extra charge. If you're looking to explore the Cotswolds from a rural base, this is a great choice.
Lovely staff, very welcomimg and helpful
Food was exceptional! Especially the breakfast. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Nothing!
The.room was clean, sufficiently spaciious and reasonably furnished.
The.reception staff were friendly and welcoming
Adequate parking
Corridors and bar were tired and in parts even shabby
In general not of a standard which I'd have expected for a charge of almost £200 for the night
Location, hotel itself and the grounds.
Specials, fish and chips night and wine specials all gone.
Having paid £40 for the 2 nights for the dog , I had to ask
For the dog pack, which arrived with a wet towel in it , no treats, no poo bags, the wet towel caused the whole pack to smell.
This was our 3rd stay at the Three ways hotel and a big disappointment from the earlier visits which were excellent.
Friendly staff especially Sally overall very happy.
Na
We found the hotel full of character and most enjoyable.
Nothing
All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food of a high standard yet not overpriced. Location good and good value.
Odd bits of paintwork need touching up. Being picky.
Good location. Charming building. Very pretty. Friendly staff. Good breakfast
The bedroom was too hot.
A lovely older building. Very nice.
As the weather was warmer, a fan would have made the room more comfortable as there is no air conditioning
Parking is not guaranteed
Lovely building, excellent garden facilities, our room was just right for us. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
The paintwork in the room was a little tired
Lovely old building and well situated in a beautiful village
Nothing, our room was a little dated but was clean and good value
Location
Cleanliness - carpet in room very stained
Staff not great
Breakfast chaotic - 8.30-9am Sunday morning no hoot food ready
Property was dirty, staff were hard to find and most seemed unsure of what they were doing. They were pleasant just untrained and inexperienced. We had paid to stay two nights but left after one.
