Cons:

In eerste instantie een totaal andere kamer gekregen dan de foto’s bij het reserveren. Niet gerenoveerd, geen airco, raam kon niet open bij >30 graden, heel erg misleidend. Geen andere kamer aangeboden gekregen. Uiteindelijk zelf volle pond betaald voor een gerenoveerde kamer met airco.

Onaangenaam verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Inchecken duurde lang, de twee medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk maar net nieuw en onvoldoende ingewerkt. Kamer was erg warm, geen aico. Raam en deur opengedaan, maar veel lawaai van de straat en terras. Putje van de douche stonk. Frituurlucht op de gangen. S nachts 7x gestoord door gast die de kamer in wilde. S morgens overvallen door schoonmaakster die binnenkwam zonder kloppen, twrwijl ik net uitgekleed was om te gaan douchen.

Staff was nto able to print a correct invoice, was then promised for next morning.
Next mroning no invoice and nobody there to fix.
They promised to send by invoice, that worked indeed for same morning.
