Pros:

Comfortable room, good food and great cocktails!

Cons:

The champagne terrace was being painted whilst we were there and although it could still be used it wasn't very inviting as the cushions weren't out and the tables weren't laid.

Excellent
Pros:

Great central location, good parking, pleasant staff and a lovely bar area. The suite we stayed in was fantastic and we loved the L’Occitane products and the well stocked and priced mini bar

Cons:

There were no charcuterie or cheeses at the breakfast buffet which seemed a shame, and a limited number of plates to use for the other options. The suite we were given wasn’t the one shown in the pictures when booking so make sure you call up before and ask for this one - we were disappointed not to have the balcony option and just a view over the rooftops.

Tökéletes szállás a vidéki Anglia felfedezésére
Pros:

Fantasztikus brit stílus, igényes berendezés, óriási kényelmes szobák, nagyon kényelmes ágy.

Cons:

A reggelinél ha meleg ételt (tojás) kérsz, majdnem 40 percet kellett rá várni. Egyébként viszont szegényes a reggeli.

Wonderful hotel, superb position, friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great position for exploring the town. The staff are extremely helpful and cheerful. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The food for the most part was excellent.

Cons:

Personally I would have liked a little more choice on the continental breakfast but there was a lot on the menu so I am being extremely picky here.

Good location, very good restaurant, could do with adding a couple of things to the rooms.
Pros:

Restaurant was very good, we both had fish which was cooked to perfection. The asparagus starter was also cooked to perfection with an almond cream cheese sauce which surprised and delighted

Cons:

No bath robes. A hotel of this level and price, we expect bath robes to be standard.
An espresso type machine would be normal rather than rather tasteless coffee bags.

Really enjoyable, hotel was clean restaurant staff were fabulous especially Mary.
Pros:

Location is excellent near all shops and restaurants

Cons:

Reception put through two transactions on my credit card for my stay seeing as we were staying for 3 nights and two rooms that was a large amount to be taken from my card. It was quickly rectified when I rang to point this out BUT it did take the edge off our break when we got home when I looked at my credit card transactions and had to ring to get it corrected,

A 5-star hotel providing a 5-star service
Pros:

The hotel feels very professional with top quality staff and accommodation. It also manages to feel cosy , friendly, and approachable. The perfect combination. It's within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions in the area, with parking close at hand. My dog was also made very welcome. Well done to the hotel and staff!

Cons:

There really isn't anything not to like!
