Excellent location near Gran Place. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff extremely helpful. Very clean. They arranged to store my refrigerated medication.

Cons:

1) AC not properly working. 2) The issue is with the taxi company they called on my behalf. They did not honor the rate they quoted the hotel the day prior and charged the meter rate instead.

Parada obligada en Bruselas para probar el desayuno que es EXQUISITO
Pros:

El desayuno que brinda el hotel que es tipo menú y súper abundante y los chicos que nos atendieron muy amables.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó tenía 2 ventanas diminutas por lo que no era muy luminosa.

Muy buena ubicación, salvo que para llegar hay que hacer dos cuadras desde el taxi o de la estación porque esta en la parte céntrica y peatonal

Das Frühstück war Chaotisch, das Team leider überfordert. Den Bereich für die Übernachtungsgäste während der Frühstückszeit optisch besser vom Bereich der Laufkundschafr abzugrenzen, würde helfen.
Mein Frühstück kam kalt an und war dann nicht mehr lecker.

موقع ممتاز وتعامل جيد، لكن مشكلة التكييف أثرت بشكل كبير على راحتنا وجودة الإقامة.
Pros:

موقع الفندق قريب من أغلب الأماكن والخدمات، وهذا الشيء كان من أكثر الأمور اللي أعجبني أثناء الإقامة، بالإضافة إلى قربه من محطة قطار Brussel-Centraal حيث تبعد تقريباً من 5 إلى 7 دقائق مشياً على الأقدام.

Cons:

عدم عمل التكييف في الغرفة رقم 105 طوال فترة الإقامة رغم إبلاغ الاستقبال أكثر من مرة. تم توفير مروحة فقط، لكنها لم تكن كافية وكانت مزعجة، مما أثر على الراحة والنوم وجودة الإقامة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت الغرفة مزعجة قليلاً بسبب الأصوات القادمة من الشارع.

كما تواصلت مع الفندق بعد الإقامة ولكن للأسف لم أتلقَّ أي تجاوب فعلي، وحتى Booking.com أبلغني أن الفندق رفض التعاون معهم، وأنه في حال رفض الفندق التعاون فلا يوجد لديهم حل إضافي، وهو ما أعطاني شعوراً مؤسفاً بأن العميل لا يحصل على حماية كافية حتى في حال وجود تقصير واضح في خدمة أساسية من الفندق.
