Pros:

The location was perfect for our early morning flight. They helped get our bags to USDA and airline area for check-in.

Cons:

The TV remote in one of our rooms was not working. The other room had a working TV, just wasn't a smart TV.

For what I needed, it did the job.
Cons:

The restaurant is too expensive, not worth the money. We just left and ate somewhere else. The staff didn't seem to want to be there either, so there's that.

The fact that you can stay right at the airport to get an early flight.

Cons:

The price is high. The charge a resort fee! Really? Where is the pool? The breakfast should start earlier given that most people stay at this hotel to catch an early flight. We never have time to have breakfast at the hotel.

Another excellent stay. Will return again and again.
Pros:

Always love the cleanliness, the excellent staff, comfy bed. I had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The front desk staff is excellent and very accommodating.

No hot Water!!!! 😡

No hot water after coming from a long flight at 11pm and working all day…. All I could think about is taking a long hot shower, I was highly upset especially what I paid for for one night…. This was truly unacceptable…. So I get up
To get ready to leave and tried to take a shower again, I even let the water run still no hot water…. I was in room 316 I made a compliant to the front desk but like I said nothing was done so I am writing this review and I believe we should be compensated for no hot water to shower…. I will follow up with booking.com about addressing this matter…
