It was good only for central location but not sleep.
Pros:

Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Central location which has pros and cons- Old town about 15/20 min walk.

Cons:

We had to call the host to be remotely let in through main door, which meant waiting at the door. The DIY sliding toilet door didn't give full privacy as it was open at the top in a communal space . The location is very central, but extremely noisy - light sleepers will struggle. Luckily we only needed the room for a few hours before an early flight, but even then we couldn't sleep. The small mirrors weren't secure and fell off the wall, though the host understood when I reported it. Other guests were respectful, but the noise did affect sleep quality air con pipe connected through a whole in window.

Cons:

tutto molto sporco. al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nemmeno gli asciugamani. Nonostante le nostre insistenze ci sono state recapitate solo dopo 5 ore dalla richiesta. Lenzuola pessime , sgualcite e mal posizionate nel letto. personale poco disponibile. sconsigliato fermamente.

Una noche de urgencia y para de contar
Pros:

El colchón era cómodo, la limpieza era más o menos aceptable y la ubicación.

Cons:

La tardanza para abrir la puerta (casi 40 minutos), la poca intimidad en el baño, no dejan manta (no hace falta, pero no está de más), el aire acondicionado es portátil, hace ruido y no está bien sellado, la persiana tuvo que estar subida porque estaba atascada, la calle es súper ruidosa. Muchos detalles denotan que no es un alojamiento hecho con cariño

Avoid at all cost!
Cons:

The balcony door couldnt lock and there was a flimsy locking mechanism on the door with a padlock. We had to leave and find an alrernative accomodation the same night. Also the ley they gave us was almost broken and we worried it will stay inside the padlock if we tried one more time.

Nie som veľmi náročná, čo sa týka ubytovania, keďže väčšinu času trávim mimo neho. Mám však podozrenie, že tu boli ploštice, pretože sme boli celí doštípaní. Navyše bolo veľmi teplo a klimatizácia nefungovala. Komunikácia s hostiteľom bola pomerne slabá. V deň nášho príchodu sme dostali inštrukcie...

Porta della stanza che non si chiudeva, il pinguino per l’aria condizionata lo abbiamo trovato pieno di condensa perciò non funzionava il tubo di scarico dell’aria calda doveva passare in mezzo alla porta con la conseguenza che si doveva dormire con la finestra aperta e si sentiva tutto il rumore delle macchine

Buena ubicación. Buena relación calidad-precio. Sabíamos a dónde íbamos. Un apartamento de habitaciones con baño compartido. La habitación era cómoda, con aire acondicionado.

Augusto nos atendió desde el primer día! Hice la reserva con 9 meses de anticipación ya que nos quedamos en sus apartamentos el día antes de nuestro viaje y el de regreso.
Llegamos pasada la media noche y siempre estuvo pendiente y atento.
Habitación limpia, toallas limpias, muy bien para pasar una noche.
El baño en general estaba limpio, al ser comunitario también dependerá del uso que le de el usuario. Pero si debo destacar que a las duchas le faltaban un poco de limpieza tanto en nuestra ida cómo en el regreso.
Estoy de acuerdo con que una puerta y algún colgador para la ropa o la talla sería de ayuda para tener un poco más de intimidad en el baño, pero si detallas las fotos que el muestra en el anuncio, no las tiene, así que es un detalle que el muestra.
Pero por la atención y la habitación no hay ninguna cosa mala que decir. Muchas gracias.
