O hotel é confortável, bem localizado, café da manhã ok para os padrões americanos, funcionários bem atenciosos e prestativos, café e água a disposição o dia inteiro. Creme para adicionar no café também disponível o dia inteiro e muito gostoso. Cozinha completa, cafeteira no quarto com capsulas disponíveis. Nós ficamos hospedados em julho de 2026e já pretendemos retornar.

Pros:

Lovely outdoor pool, breakfast had lots of options. Complimentary parking was a bonus. Location is very close to everything.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked our stay from the 10th to the 15th but ended up checking out a day early because the conditions were unacceptable.

The biggest issue was the elevators. Most of the elevators were out of service for the majority of our stay. We constantly had to walk long distances just to find the one elevator that was occasionally working, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

The room itself wasn’t much better. The air conditioner made an extremely loud noise throughout the day and night, making it difficult to sleep. The room also had a horrible smell and felt dusty, which triggered our allergies. It did not feel clean or well maintained.

Housekeeping was another major disappointment. We were told that cleaning service would be provided every other day. Despite staying several days, no one ever came to clean our room. When we complained on the day housekeeping was supposed to service our room, they still didn’t come. Instead, they simply left clean towels outside our door without even entering the room to clean or replace anything. We did not have the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, so there was no reason to skip our room.

Between the broken elevators, noisy air conditioning, dusty and unpleasant room, and nonexistent housekeeping, we decided to leave a day early rather than continue our stay.

I cannot recommend this Homewood Suites by Hilton based on our experience. Management needs to address these maintenance and housekeeping issues if they expect guests to have a comfortable stay.

Convenience to restaurants, walgreens, convention center. Good breakfast. Nice size pool.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit tired; bathrooms look weathered especially baseboards and flooring. Fresher paint would be nice or something to brighten up the rooms.
