Location , location location. Great breakfast some of the receptionist were wonderful helpful and great service.

Cons:

One of the receptionist refued to give us a room. Instead ignored us. She did not want to give us any service. However when the next person in line came she immediately assist. Shameful behavior!

tolle lage sehr gutes hotel
Pros:

sehr schönes sauberes hotel. fotos entsprechen alle dem vorgefundenen. nur der pool ist etwas kleiner 😉 als vom foto vermutet. liegt nahe beim ICON PARK ca 5min zu fuß und dem POINTE (restaurants, bars, geschäfte) ca 10min zu fuß. entlang des INTERNATIONAL DRIVE findet jeder seine bar/restaurant.
empfehlenswert OLE RED im ICON PARK mit livemusik und einem weiteren restaurant direkt schräg gegenüber vom riesenrad.

Cons:

busverbindungen sind etwas kompliziert und parkplatzgebühren .... hoch. mit dem I RIDE kommt man noch am besten über die distanzen.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum kongresowego, kuchnia w pokoju i odnowiona łazienka

Cons:

Mrówki faraonki w kuchni, pluskwy w łóżku (przyjechałam cała pogryziona), niedobre śniadania „z proszku” oraz okna których nie da się otworzyć

Estadía normal, pero muy desilusionado con el personal del hotel (véase reembolso)

Desayuno variado, cumplió con las expectativas que tenía. En cuanto a la ubicación, muy buena, a pocos minutos de Universal, zona de compras y de restaurantes.

Cons:

Tuve un problema con un reembolso, esto es la diferencia entre lo que pagué de estadía en check-in (sumado el depósito) y lo que realmente se me facturó en check-out) y, ante mi reclamo, no sé si por impericia del personal del hotel o de no querer reconocer el error, nunca se me devolvió. En check-in presenté tarjeta de débito, por lo tanto yo pagué la estadía del hotel incluido el depósito, es decir, no fue una retención del importe como con tarjeta de crédito, pues presenté tarjeta de débito. Al principio decían que el reembolso ya se había procesado, que el problema era con mi banco, después cambiaron el discurso, que me habían hecho una retención, y con una tarjeta cuyos números no coincidían con la que yo había presentado, (Pero señores yo presenté tarjeta de débito, de qué retención me están hablando?)
Y cuando les explico todo esto, es más les envío el estracto de la trasacción de mi banco con el débito, insisten con el discurso de la retención, todo un reclamo que no conducía a nada, Por suerte la gente de Atención al Cliente de Booking se encargó del problema y me lo resolvió. El hotel nada, Una pena. Gracias Lucien de AC de Booking por todo!

Localização ótima, café da manhã surpreendeu, muito bom.

Cons:

As instalações tinham um pouco de formigas nos quartos, um.pouco inconveniente. Elevador so tem 1 e as vezes com problema.

The location is great. The room is quiet and clean. Good service.

Cons:

The pool lights stay on all night, causing a disturbance—even with the curtains closed—because they are extremely bright. Furthermore, you are wasting an enormous amount of energy. Please consider the environment. After 10 PM, there was never anyone in the area. The air conditioning unit is very noisy and blows a very strong draft, making it impossible to use for extended periods. Given the hot nights in Orlando, it was difficult to sleep without the AC, yet impossible to sleep with it on. The elevators were malfunctioning throughout our entire stay, and the issue was never resolved.
