Very charming interior. Public living rooms with little fireplaces. The staff is exceptional friendly and helpful

Cons:

The rooms are very run-down. The carpets, beds, closets, and nightstands show significant signs of wear and tear and aren't really clean. Some of the bathrooms have mold on the ceiling, and the walls in the bedroom are musty as well. The bathroom is very outdated, the fixtures are rusty, and the showers aren't clean.

Wir würden wiederkommen aber nicht im Haupthaus wohnen.
Pros:

Lage ruhig aber zentral. Super! Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Süßes Haus mit zwei Pools, charmant eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück und abends konnte man wunderbar noch einen Drink vor dem Kamin im Foyer nehmen. Kleines Haus, sehr persönlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung war zwar niedlich mit einem antiken Schrank jedoch absolut unkomfortabel und mit verzogenen Türen. Wenig Ablage, keine Minibar/Kühlmöglichkeit. Duschwand im Bad so gebaut, dass Duschen ohne Badüberschwemmung nicht möglich war. Morgens zogen die Küchengerüche unangenehm ins Zimmer. Die Auflagen der Poolliegen waren eher schmutzig.

This is an absolute gem in town! You cannot go wrong by staying here.
Pros:

What a gem! Location, size, staff, breakfast, the fine details to our stay and the resident cat! Absolutely fabulous. Cannot fault anything.

Ein Team das seinen Job an einem wunderschönen Ort perfekt macht!

Das ganze Team war unglaublich zuvorkommend, lieb und hilfsbereit - einfach perfekt! Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort umgesetzt, das Frühstuck war sehr vielseitig und fein und auch die Massage durch Patricia und Ati war erstklassig.

Excellent location, what a great experience!
Pros:

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They make every effort to make your stau memorable. The breakfast was outstanding. Veru well located for the attractions in Stellenbosch.

Stay at River Manor!
Pros:

Beautiful and charming property. The rooms are so cute and the living spaces are so calm and nice to hang in. But the two best things are the staff and the breakfast! Special thanks to Sparrow and Erin for welcoming me.
