La ubicación, la atención de Albert en recepción, realmente me ayudo en todo. Las habitaciones confortables.

Pros:

I loved that the location was very central and walkable to all tourist areas. The room was also very comfortable and at the perfect temperature, which was great because during cold months some hotel rooms can become very dry. The pillows were a little hard so i requested new ones and the ones they sent were amazing, I almost wanted to take them with me.

A beautiful environment, a great start to our trip, well placed for downtown Calgary.
Pros:

The breakfast had good flavours, a few more fresh vegetables would be good.
The interior of the spaces are beautiful and clean, the beds are the most comfortable I've slept in in a long time.

Cons:

There was a communication error with regard to the room price and what to expect from breakfast.
